Hi guys, I've got a game that's been on my mind for quite some time now and can't, for the life of me, remember it's name. It was a RPG I played on my PC about 7-8 years ago, although it might be older, where you could choose between 3 characters, I think, kind of like the first Diablo, but it was set in a post-apocalyptic future and a key clue I can remember was that in your inventory you didn't exchange armor parts but limbs, arms, legs shoulders gave different bonuses and changed your character's appearance. Any ideas? I really want to play it again

I'm looking for a game where you played as a, I think green dragon/dinosaur. It was a 3D platformer and i remeber you had one attack called tailwhip. It's probably around 8-11 years old, can't remeber exactly the windows version though, but it was definately older than Windows XP. I also remebr that you found key which you used to unlock cages. I always think that the cages contained some sort of fairy but that can be totally wrong :p.Does anyone know what game I'm thinking about?

Unfortunately my memories of this game are almost non-existent, but I will describe it as best I can. It was an old PC game, rpg, where you spend most of the story line in a village, and all of the combat outside of the village. At the beginning of the game, you enter the village through the west gate. During the middle of the story line, using the south gate, you enter mines were a bunch of humans, not sure of bandits or a cult, are your biggest problem. I remember being very excited as a kid to get a sabre from these humans because it was one of the more powerful weapons. It was a third person pov in swords and magic type setting. I remember the final boss vaguely: he either came to the planet via portal or a meteor, or was trying to open a portal. I keep wanting to say that "harbinger of darkness" was either in the title or part of the plot, but when I use that as search criteria I only find Harbinger, which is not the game I'm looking for. Please help me.

Can ANYONE help me? There was this PS1 game, I'm sure it was point and click and there was a cutscene of a guy on a bike and I think he was talking to himself? I know there was one bit where you had to start some sort of weird boat/plane thing. These are really vague memories so they may not be exactly correct.

I barely remember anything about this game except for that I played it on the computer(pretty it was a game online not a CD or downloaded could be wrong though) sometime either in the late 90's to the mid 2000's. All I can remember of the game is that you play as this little dude who I remember in my mind of looking almost like those cheese string characters? I remember it being located in space and you are your dude would travel around to different planets and had to figure out things by finding clues? It is all very hazy but if anyone knows what this game is it would be really helpful! Thanks!

I'm trying to track down an ancient memory! If anybody has an idea that would be amazing! It's an old PC game from early to mid 90's. It came in the old box style, 5.25" floopy discs. I remember walking around different lands, vaguely I recall that you could go through a henge to access them? You were a mage, fixed iso view. There was a book that came with it with a map of the worlds. I lost the original box/book in a house fire. My PC was never that great back then and I recall it moved at a crawling pace so never got far enough to remember much else. Any ideas are greeted with open arms! I have dreams of finding this and playing it again!
I think that it could be The Summoning (SSI, 1992) or its precedesor Darkspyre (1990).

Hey guys, I also have one of these "lost" games that I have been looking for all my life. I played it about 6 years ago, and it was a game from a website; I don't think there was a disk or download of the game. It was free and had to do with turn based strategy. I remember the first level you were this one human with I believe this hammer. There are always 2 or 3 other factions - the humans (which could be friends or enemies), the spiders, and i believe one other group that I don't remember, possibly a faction of scorpions. You can always loot and pick up other people's weapons when their dead, and there are like action points (you can only do so many moves in a turn). Anyway, all three factions fight each other so it's not an everyone vs. you situation, and each side has a turn where they move and attack. The camera was like a bird's eye view and the movement was similar to hexes. I also remember that in some missions you would fight with some human teammates for various reasons (I actually remember one of these is because you a greatly outnumbered with the spiders and you agree to fight together to kill the spiders and then attack each other), but if you were to attack your teammates (which you can do), they turn to enemies and would attack you. I don't remember much more, but the items had something special, like they might be able to craft or something. However, there is no hero upgrades and for the most part it's a role playing game. I remember getting frustrated a lot because it would get hard, so I believe the hitting has to do with luck or chance, meaning you can miss hits and deal no damage.
Please help me find this game, if you do I would be very grateful. As I said, it was a free game off of some website, so it probably won't be any one with a disk.
Thank you so much.

Hey guys, I need help remembering the name of an extremely old game. It was either on the SNES, NES, Sega, or Sega Genesis. For whoever can remember the name of this, or have any idea what I'm talking about, I'd consider you an expert.

This game is well over 10 years old, and was child-appropriate. This was more of a simulation-type game, in a sense. Basically, you played as a cursor or hand, and you'd place objects inside of a house.

The main thing that I can remember about this game is that you could place a baby and he'd crawl on the floor. You could place spooky looking trees that had eyes, and other objects. It was more of a side-scrolling game, although you couldn't scroll very far to the left or right, as it was within a single house. The view was facing a window, so imagine if you were looking at a wall with a window, and you have the ability to place given objects around the house.

I can't remember the name of this game for the life of me. Please help.

Hi!

I'm trying to remeber an old game from i 90s (i think) which I played on an macintosh.
I think it was a firstperson-adventure kind of game, with a scifi setting in a big futuristic city,
maybe blade runner-esque/cyberpunk asthetiques (I seem to remember landing a flying car on a police station roof).
I think it was fairly high-res pixel graphics.
The only thing I have to go on is a few vague memories, mainly two:

1: I remember early in the game facing an alien of some sort pointing a gun at you, who If you
failed the puzzle, shot you.

2: The game over/continue screen which used to haunt me. It featured an alien sitting by a table, with,
I think, your brain in a jar on the table, or something like that.

Thats all That I can remember with any kind of certantiy. If this seems familiar, please tell me, I've
been trying to remember this game for years!

For years my mind has been boggled by this.. THING.... aaaargh, you know when you have that one scene replaying in your head and you still can't remember, it's terrible! The only thing I remember about the game is that you're some kind of green animal/reptile/dinosaur (for some reason I've always thought it was a crocodile) in a medieval world and you're searching for and collecting items. I believe you're on some sort of quest.

Anything helpful would be great. I'm pretty sure this game comes to my mind at least twice a year and in every internet search or query to some friend I end up drawing blanks.
with that description, could be

Croc (1997)

If it wasn't, do you think that the game was released in 80's, 90's or when?.. (I'm assuming that the game was a PC game)
No, it's not Croc. I believe it was a PC game probably released in the 90's. Thanks :)

OK, then it could be the weird game

Kingdom O'Magic (1996)

it matches the reptile + medieval + quest things...

Does anyone remember the name of a game that was from the early to mid 90's, possibly on a sega dreamcast or megadrive and the protagnost was a female called laura? One specific level sticks in my mind, she was in this large mansion and this creepy old mans voice starting shouting 'laura this is your father' and at another point she had to unlock doors in the mansion but doing something with a wheel that had the zodiac signs on... i think she had to join them up to the locks or something... any help would be fab this has been driving me nuts for years!!

I have been getting crazy trying to remember this game. I even had a look at a tanking of more than 1000 games on the hope of remembering the name

If I do not remember wrong it is a pc game and it is set in medieval/phantasy context.
It is a third person game and I believe there were only melee weapons.
There is some sort of coup d'etat in the beginning of the game.
The main character which is some sort of guard, is then injured and cursed with a disease which slowly turns him into a monster. After you have been infected you are allowed to use some special moves but when you do so, your transformation in this darkness creature is accelerated. When transformation is complete you lose.
I remember playing it a long long time ago, so I think it's a game developed at some point in the 90s.

CAn somebody help??????????????

Thank you very much, this is really driving me nuts!

Could be Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z9mVBQQi_YA

Hi,

First, thank you very much for the reply! Unfortunately it is not Soul Reaver, I am almost sure it's a pc game. Also, the main character is a city guard or something, which is poisoned during an attack to the city. After that he has this disease that will transform him into a monster eventually. He has to find a cure while at the same time fight someone who is trying to take over the city.

Thanks again though for trying!!! Anyone else has any idea what game I talking about??
I have been searching for this game as well and I'm glad to see I'm not the only person. The only other information I can give is that I remember the Intro cut scene mentioning the wilderness around the city where the monsters reside (the type of monster you will eventually turn into) and that despite the danger, people sometimes go out there to gather something, and this was one of the ways you got injured during an attack. Also, the city knows of the transformation and are hunting you down to kill you before you can transform. other then that, all I remember from the game was the beginning, a woman is letting you stay in her home cuz I believe she found you and brought you in, but before you progress, some city guards begin banging on the door, so you have to escape.

If there is anyone who can give a few ideas on what this game is, I'm sure both of us would greatly appreciate it.

(so far, its not Legacy of Kain, and it's not Nightmare Monsters 2)
bump?
Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption (2000)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m_9ZGh0MsNo
nope thats not it, it clearly remember it wasent vampires, or any other of the "Traditional" monsters that can transform you into one of their own. it was a unique world, not modern, but not medieval either. a Bit on the Sci Fi end of things without being futuristic, atleast from what I can remember. I do want to play VtM tho, thanks for mentioning it.
