For me, I usually get around five to six hours of sleep which is nice since I have a full course load and active social life. I envy those people who get eight hours a night.

I work part-time in retail, meaning I get random days off and sometimes I start working in the early morning, other times later in the evening. Sometimes I get only 5-6 hours of sleep, other times I sleep 10-12 hours. I think I slept 14 hours on Tuesday...

Probably not healthy :l

8 or 9 since I'm a light headed sleeper. I need absolutely zero disturbed going on outside of my room in order for me to get 10+ hours of sleep, I missed my sleeping time during Uni (my flatmates were sometime not around). It impossible to acquire that many amount of sleep due to my parent going to the toilet and waking up earlier than me.

I usually get too much, I'll sleep for 7-8, then doze off again for another one or two and be a groggy mess when I finally get up.

6.5-8 on weekdays, 9 on the weekends.

If I get less than 7 my eyes are fucked up for pretty much the entire next day. If I get less than 5 it can screw me up for the entire week.

It fluctuates between six and twelve hours, depending on how long I stay on my laptop and when I actually go to sleep, which is mostly between 11pm and 12am. I have piss-poor time management.

These days, about five during the week and about seven (two of which are taken in the afternoons, 'cos I'm usually so freakin' knackered from the week) on the weekends.

And it's usually a stupid o'clock (at least for a nine-to-five worker).

Tonight, Probably about half an hour just to fool my parents into thinking I've slept when really I've been doing assignments all night long.....

Usual college days: 5-7 probably

Holidays: 3-5 hours if I want to game, 8-9 hours if I don't want to game

With a full course load, an active social life I get about 8.5 hours of sleep every night :p[footnote]This is during the school year[/footnote] Most nights from midnight til' 8pm.

During the summer or breaks I sleep a little bit more, but not by much. Maybe an extra half hour every night.

7ish. Some of that is dozing or trying to fall asleep. I go to bed around 10-10:30 (plus half an hour to fall asleep some nights) and wake up with the sun now.... and then keep rolling over until my alarm at 6:45. So probably 5 hours of uninterrupted sleep. When the season changes and it gets light out later I'll sleep longer... my body's clock is set by the sun, so summer in Canada around this time (sky gets lighter around 4am, not dark until 10pm) gives me little sleep.

anything from 5-10. I aim for about 6 and a half but I don't always get that and at the weekend I sleep the morning away
