7-8, any less and I'm worse then a drunk driver I get so drowsy and exhausted. If I get less then 5 I will call in sick for work because I'm a danger to others and myself and even if I do get to work my mind would not work right and I would make myself look stupid.

About 8 hours on average. I'm usually in bed for about 8 and a half hours but it takes me a good half hour to fall asleep.

The number will obviously fluctuate wildly when I have no school or work.

Now that I'm working, I've gone with 7. It gives me enough energy throughout the course of my shift, and enough time during the day to actually do stuff.

I get about 7 hours of sleep, when it's not the summer.

For some strange reason, my sleep almost gets cut in half and I don't sleep when it gets hot where I am, and I can't even nap either.

That's not fair. :(

Seven to eight hours. On lecture days, sometimes more like six.

I'm terrible in this regard. I get six hours at best, but usually between four and five. I had a job in which I worked very late, and that sort of became my natural rhythm. But it lingered after I quit and started back with classes and shadowing doctors. And yes, I feel like crap and have a mild headache through most of the day.

I've been working on trying to normalize things. But habits, you know?

Around 7-10. It used to a normal 6-8 hours and then I went to university and found out how easy it is to completely lose track of time when procrastinating working, which in turn makes me exhausted and so I sleep for longer than I probably should.

Most of the time 5 to 6 or less hours. Then after a week or two of that I crash for close to 12 hours. Sleep debt and all that.

Lucky to get 5 hours on a work night, usually only 3.

If I am able to sleep in, I can try to steal a couple of extra hours. It's rare for me to go more than 6 hours at a stretch though. When I am asleep it's a very deep sleep though. It just doesn't come easy or last long.

If I go to bed too early I just lie there and toss and turn. It has nothing to do with not giving myself enough time. It just doesn't come until I have spent a certain amount of time up and active. Seriously if it was that simple I would be getting more rest.

Sleep? I hear the young people talk of this sleep thing. I think it's a fad and will not last.

Seriously, I don't sleep. I tend to keep going until I exhaust myself, then I wake up about 6 hours later.

Aim for 8 maybe averaging somewhere between 7.5-8.5. I need my sleep. It's really important, a lot of my friends (and my girlfriends) always comment on how clockwork I will be when it comes to going to bed.

Anything between 4-12+ lol. I'd average it around 6-7 when I have Uni the next day. On days off it fluctuates like all hell.

Way too unstable to tell. There's currently construction directly across the street from my room starting every morning around 6, and my roommate snores with such frequency and volume that I sometimes think there's a suffocating bear/bobcat/pterodactyl hybrid thing in the room. I can log anywhere from 3 to 14 hours.
