School nights for me are a little less than 7 hours. Weekends, however, are a different story; I get about 12-13 hours from Friday going into Saturday and Saturday going into Sunday.
Since my first year of Uni ended, I've gotten into a really bad sleep schedule wherein I pretty much never sleep earlier than 3 AM, usually closer to around 5 AM, and sleep into mid-afternoon. I'm really gonna have to break that. Especially since I read on Cracked that sleeping when there's light means less melatonin, which controls your mood.
Depends, my sleep has never really been the same since leaving school, of late if I don't have to be anywhere it can usually be 6-8 hours, though I've been going to bed at like 4-5am. >.> I really ought to not do that.
Average is probably around 6 hours, but some nights I don't get any sleep it's mostly work and gaming related and recently my longest sleep was 20 hours so yes it's bad I'm trying to fix it but its not easy.
Lately, I sleep about 7 to 8 hours. I used to only manage five, until I started taking melatonin capsules/teas to help get to sleep and try to regulate my hours. I still end up getting up once or twice but luckily I am able to go back to sleep when I do get up at a weird/unreasonable hour.
Lately I've suffered from a weird kind of sleeping disorder that causes me to wakeup every day at 6am or earlier. It's a bit better now, but my current average is about 5 hours. It's closer to 6 and a half normally. so it's not too bad I guess.
