I got pretty lucky once and managed to get at least a 10 kills streak as the only one alive on a Headquarters Pro match on MW2. I was behind a small wall on Wasteland and would pop up, shoot a couple of people, hop on the minigun, mow down a few people, and repeat that. I took out the whole enemy team at least twice before they killed me. For that moment, I felt invincible.
I also got really lucky on 007: Nightfire once, playing against bots. Me and another bot were the only ones left with only 1 life each. He had a Samurai (laser blaster gun) and I had a Storm (weak SMG). I popped out from cover, sprayed the entire clip at him (my last one) all the bullets hit him but he some how still survived. I hide behind the wall as I hear the blasting of a laser going by me. Left only with my fists (I had just spawned when he found me) I cowered in the corner. As he came around the corner, I popped out and punched him once, killing him. I picked up the Samurai and the match ended.

On BFBC2 i once headshotted an enemy through a hole in the wall with the GOL, turned around fired at a sniper in the window, and his buddy ran behind him at that exact moment. Double Headshot.

Battlefield 1942: In an online game on Omaha Beach, this one guy kept driving down the same road. I was in a trench maybe 50 metres away from said road, but I knew the timing on the server, and figured out the exact moment his tank would be coming down that road. I threw a grenade blindly into the air, and it landed in the hatch of his tank.
I used to never play Engineer, but one game I did. A German car with 2 people in it was trying to run me over. I threw a mine at it and it blew up the car nicely. I turned around to see the flaming hulk land, and noticed a guy pointing an STG 44 at me. I pulled out a rifle, and as he started firing, the remains of the car landed on him for the kill.
In a game on Iwo Jima, I saw a great opportunity in the form of 10-ish Japanese soldiers running through the same chokepoint. Someone else pulled off a million-to-one shot by hitting my plane - just before the strafing run hit - with a Panzershrek. My plane was wrecked, but the wreckage sort of glided through the air. It pulled off a million-to-one of its own, bowling over 8 of the soldiers I had targetted.
At the battle of Britain, I snuck into the German hangar to steel a Ju-88 bomber. I went into an inescapable tailspin while dodging fighters, so I bailed out into the ocean... and looked up to watch a German tail gunner jump out of his own bomber, climb into mine, and fly to safety.
Battlefield Bad Company: My teammate, a sniper, was saying "Oh, I'm dead, 1 health left and a heavy tank coming right for me". I couldn't even see the tank, and I was in another base maybe 1 kilometre away (this was on Harvest Day), but I fired a no-scope rocket shot toward the spot where I last saw that teammate. The rocket reportedly hit the tank just as it was going to run the guy over.
Team Fortress 2: I was scoped in to snipe, when a hostile Scout started shooting at me. I spun to fire at him and missed, killing the invisible Spy sneaking at me. It was my only headshot ever. I'm terrible at sniping in Team Fortress 2.
Toribash: There's a game mode where you fight on top of a tower, and whoever touches the ground first loses. I've had many wins where we both get knocked off the tower, with one or both of us in several pieces. On multiple occasions, I've only stayed off the ground longer by catching my body parts and holding them up.
In another tower mod, I found myself wrestling my opponent in midair. We hit the ground at the exact same time, to get a tie. Twice in a row.
War Rock: I meant to switch weapons (Everyone runs faster with the knife!), but accidentally fired my rifle in the air, towards the enemy base. 10 seconds later, I get the first kill of the round, a headshot on some hapless enemy pilot. The bullet must have arced through the air and travelled for 5 kilometres to reach the enemy base.
Another time, also on Conturas, I set my plane upwards and hoped to get to the bathroom and back before I crashed. I came back to see myself dead, congratulations from my teammates, and insults from the other team for being a "rammer noob". I asked what happened. It seems that my plane had crashed into a fully-loaded enemy helicopter that was in the process of base-raping us.

I had my sniper rifle on the sights of another sniper hiding in a bush, I take the shot, but .20 something seconds before i took the shot, a guy in an ATV drove by and the bullet went through his neck (or shoulders, i counldnt see were it went) and hit the sniper in the head.

on warhawk on the archapeogous map the enamy had the flag i was back at the origninal starting point for my team with my sniper i just aimed at them shot took out the driver of the jeep then just as the person with the flag was getting out i killed him as well
Sometimes playing sniper in tf2 gets the luckiest streaks....
One time, it was on payload at the final point, a heavy and two medics are seconds from winning, so I suicide rush with my Knife only, to get behind the heavy, kill him, then kill the two medics as well. I shortly headshotted a scout and soldier backing up for good measure. Of course I've never replicated such badassery since...

In Tf2, my team had just lost the match and I was screwing around in a hallway by point C of gravelpit with the pyro. I did his little taunt thing and just randomly someone from the enemy team turned a corner and caught fire hehehe. XD
My favorite was years ago when I was playing Battlefield 1942 with my bro. Both teams had like 18 or 24 players on Wake Island. I was an engineer and I had that crappy bolt action rifle out. I saw a Zero flying and just for giggles I went prone, took aim, and shot. The plane must have been really low because it burst into flames and came crashing down a hundred or so feet behind me on the bridge between the big island and a little one and took out another enemy vehicle and some enemy solders next to that vehicle when it exploded. It was freaking awesome.
On halo 3 i chucked a plasma grenade across a map(i forget which one) and proceeded to run over and it says i committed suicide.
So after the game i go look and it hit a warthog windshield and bounced off then stuck to another warthog which i entered =(

I don't really remember. I think one time was when I got a headshot on a guy from around 100 yards out with a pistol in R6:V Terrorist Hunt. Got him right in the eye.
So many great stories here, real joy to read XD. I'm amazed at how many insane things happen, things you would never think possible in a video game, or in real life =3.
I was playing Splinter Cell: Conviction today. In the level in that science lab I was in a firefight with 8 people, and I knew I wouldn't survive it (reason for this is I suck at shooting in the game, I HAVE to do things super stealthy or I'm screwed), so I throw some frag grenades around to try and thin them out a bit before I died. The two first scared some of them over to the other side of the room, clustering them as the third grenade hit the roof and landed in the bunch. Killed all 8, I couldn't believe how lucky I was! =D

The last of my near impossible shots was a film my friend recorded and showed me of a game we'd played on the valhalla map of halo 3. He'd scoped in on an enemy and was about to get a nice headshot, only to have his kill stolen by a flying warthog piloted by yours truely. Oh he was maaaaad. xD
