I'd have to go with a modified rail-gun (which are TECHNICALLY real, just not perfected lol)so the trigger would activate the gun and allow me to use the gun as a makeshift Light-Saber. And if you don't like this one then a personal sized version of the new AA-laser and use THAT as a Light-Saber.

I have a question: does "unlimited Ammo" make the clip size infinite (i.e. no reload) or is there a giant pile of ammo clips next to me? Do the weapons still overheat if they have unlimited ammo?

If I had to choose, I'd probably go with a Bolter with Hellfire, Inferno, and/or Metal Storm rounds. Any of them will do, although Inferno bolts would be sadistically satisfying as they would immolate the target from inside. >:D

If a bipod is allowed (it's still in my hands but resting on the ground) then I'd take a Heavy Bolter with Standard and Hellfire rounds. Standard rounds for long shots, when they get close, switch to hellfire and let the needles & acid do their thing. .100 mini-rockets fired from an MG is just too awesome to pass up.

Although if I never had to recharge it, the Electricity gun from Killzone 2 could be worth a few lulz, as it would never shock you the user. Seeing monsters shake all over the place from the lightning bolts would be pretty cool.

If I had to choose real guns, I'd go with an XM214 mingun and incendiary rounds. Aww yeah, it's the minigun from Predator, with bullets on fire*. No need to aim, just point and annihilate.

*you know what I mean.

Hmmm.... Torn between the Cain and the Arc Projector from Mass Effect 2....
I'd agree with Cain (should be spelled Kain, but whatever Bioware), but it takes too long to fire. I was to go with a ME 2 weapon I'd go with that Barret .50 cal equivalent sniper rifle. Can't remember the name of it, but it packs a hell of a kick.
Oh, the widow? Yah, that would be pretty good too.

Can I use something from a video game? If so I choose pandora's box from devil may cry. If I have to choose something that isn't from a video game I choose a rocket launcher.

Perhaps the BFG from Doom.

The name strikes fear in the hearts of all who oppose it.
Think about it, any gun that has the adjectives 'Big' and 'F***ing' is one you probably don't want to mess with.

Not real: The Expiremental M.I.R.V.

Real: AA-12 Shotgun I suppose, good range, spread and stopping power, so if they surround me I can spin (slowly) around and take them all out.

Also, the OP said "from your world" which I'm assuming meant real, so I don't think video game guns count, hence the "Not real:" and "Real:".

the Zodiac from Ratchet and Clank 2, vapourizes everything on the screen (aka my field of view. coupled with infinite ammo, this thing would be a beast.

From my world? There goes the BFG....

I guess I will go with the M249 Light Machine Gun. Assuming I can get a good firing position and I have an infinite belt and it cant break, I should have no problem wiping all those monsters out.

un realistic weapon: Any 'Ryno' from the ratchet and clank series
kinda realistic weapon: the rocket launcher from time shift (it has a fast reload time)
real weapon: any minigun will do

RYNO 5 from Ratchet and Clank

Spews out bullets and homing rockets at a incredible speed and plays the 1812 overture so you got some tunes.

Well since I would have to be holding it for quite awhile and I don't want to break my everything holding it. I would probably go with an M16 with a silencer if possible, as long as it has infinite ammo and does not jam. I'd probably be alright.

Not real? A device that lets me summon my various and mostly overpowered RPG characters. Most of them are summoners or mages, and the warriors can take so much damage it's more effective to hit a wall. Essentially, 10,000 monsters? Meet my thirty five people who are going to own you so hard you feel it even after you're dead.

For a real weapon, probably a SCAR with red dot and some sort of bayonet on the end. And some sort of attachment that circulates coolant throughout the weapon, which is perfectly possible (Hell, we do it with computers), it would just bulk up the gun a lot.
