Only real weapons? I'd have to go with the M4A1 with grenade launcher attachment, which, if it's even half as effective in real life as it is in CoD 4, aught to give me some decent firepower without encumbering me the way a heavier weapon would. As for totally fictional weapons, I'd go with the Reaper carbines from Resistance; light-weight, great rate of fire, decent damage, auto lock-on, and they come in pairs.

Saints Row 2's pimp cane shotgun. 16 shots before reloading, accurate at just up to long range and can do a fair bit of damage at long range, and it's a fucking shotgun in a pimp cane.
