a minigun that has had its barrels replaced with ones that hold 12-guage rounds. that way i can blow all 10k of their heads apart in very short order and have nothing but a gory mess left.

There was this shotgun that could fire several different types of ammo including explosive grenades, have nearly no recoil, and fired extremely fast. It was on that History or Discovery gun show...someone will know.

not real : gyro burster, basically a little flying saucer that shoots at anything in a 360 degree radius... very fast

or

real: hmmm... ahh yes. barret .50 caliber sniper rifle. one bullet and, depending on how tightly they're grouped, could get rid of like 10 of em at once... though I might have to be in the prone position to fire it... and it's a semi auto so it might take a while... so then AR15, that would work! or better yet, that rifle that is a lot like the AR15 only is apparently pretty near impossible to jam

As a joke answer,the double phoenix from perfect dark using explosive rounds.10000 enemies would just be a warm up exercice for someone with those puppies.

As a more real answer,a russian 14.5mm semi-auto rifle.When you kill 10 monsters at a time,10000 goes down pretty fast.I could even hook that baby up to a tripod and just go full-auto for maximum carnage.Sure it might be very heavy,but as long as I can carry it on my back,it should fit in the rules.

I'd want some sort of high-concentration laser-weapon, like the Collector laser from Mass Effect 2. High damage, easily handled, and a constant stream mean pulling the trigger and turning in a circle.
I'm not really sure why so many people are suggesting melee weapons... I mean, I have some faith in my swordsmanship, but I wouldn't want to get within range of 10,000 creatures who appear to be built for melee combat.
