Basically, this is how I picture it.
Birther: "Yeah, he was born in umm... Kenya, didn't he say that?"
Liberal: "No, his father was Kenyan, he was born in Hawaii, we have his birth certificate to prove it."
Birther: "It's a fake!"
Liberal: "No, we confirmed it, besides, you have no proof that it is fake."
Birhter: "Well, uhh... Hawaii isn't a state!"
Liberal: "..."
Birhter: "McCain should be president!"
Liberal: "... something smells like Irony..."
McCain, by the way, was born in Panama, he is still a naturalized American citizen, due to the fact that he was the son of a naval officer that was sent to Panama. I don't know, I just find it ironic that the birthers (the people claiming Obama was born in Kenya) are claiming that Obama shouldn't be president, as it would, arguably, make more sense to say McCain wasn't born in the US, and doesn't qualify (I think the whole thing is just completely silly, and stupid.)
And, 42%, really? I don't know, that statistic just seems, inaccurate. Though, then again, many people are leaving the republican party, leaving only the hardcore, overzealous right.
