Origin of your Username (If it's not your real one)

ThrobbingEgo: Is the name of my opinionated, Maddox-inspired video game-ish blog that I've neglected. A while after I created my blog, I signed up here with that as my username. I like it because whenever I'm a bit of a jerk it just makes my post ironic.

Mine is an obscure reference to Yuffie from Final Fantasy 7- in Dirge of Cerberus, Rosso refers to Yuffie as "Wutai flea" in the Shinra Mansion.

Nearly all my other user names have been Yuffie or Final Fantasy related- I used to use "Mystery Ninja" for a long time (the title that comes up when you first fight Yuffie and haven't confirmed her name entry) and also Ragtime Mouse (the random quiz monster from FF9), but I stopped using the former when a friend pointed out someone was using it as a name on a porn site, and the latter when some bastard named their pet that on an MMO I play.

kinda stole it from Chuck Pahlahniuk's book 'Haunted". There's a character named Chefassassin, I'm a chef and kinda liked the sound of it. But since I'm not Chefassassin, I kinda went with the Jr route, and chefassassin2 was born. Hi.

Well, my last name is Newcomb, pronounced pretty much as one well known duke from a famous video game franchise. Whenever I introduce myself... whenever anyone tries to spell my name... yeah... anyway... when I started out on the infowebs, it just came to me. Though I decided to spell it correctly for my username. I wasn't the first, so I decided to add a number, and picked five for Short Circuit.

It was initially Cpl Larkin. (My great grandfathers rank in WW1) but i got sick of Americans who can't read calling me Cpt Larkin so i changed it. I only changed it to Agent after i changed my clan tag to NCIS so on COD it came out as

Easy. I'm an Ocular Albino (red eyes, but normal skin and brown hair) who wears a green contact lens in her left eye. So I'm Suisieseki IRL, thus the name.

And I am a K9 in real life....(sigh) I was attacked by a german shepard, and the name sorta stuck.

Originally, I really wanted my username to be ERROR (Y'know, from Zelda II), but that doesn't work for some reason, so I changed it to Tim Buck II. Try to guess at the origins of THAT one.

I'll give you a hint: It sounds a lot like a place name.

In places where it lets me, my username is indeed ERROR. So, yeah, I get to use that SOMETIMES...

I'm not sure where Trenoble came from... it's the name of some of my characters and I think I might have just made it up... I dunno. But the Aqua part is because I'm a Cancer (which is a water sign) and Aqua sounds cool. Generally when I name characters and profiles I don't really care and either go with my real name or one of the many names I've made up.

I don't know. Seriously, I have no idea where anything from my profile came from. I don't know why I made the name Internet Kraken and I don't know why I made this avatar.
