If you couldn't tell by the glitchy axe (in the bit after he dies and the axe flies upwards), that was not quite legit. He takes quite a lot more punishment than that.PauL o_O said:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6LqCaTT4uscdemoman_chaos said:Death Bringer from Golden Axe on the Sega Genesis. He has 2 unkillable skeletons that can take off an entire health bar (At max you can have 5) with their attacks and can randomly stun-lock you to death. His axe attacks take off a whole health bar. But his true BSness comes from his magic. If you get knocked down while he is standing, he hits you with at least 1 undodgeable spell that takes off at least 1 health bar (sometimes 2). Being that he is the final boss, you aren't likely to have very many lives and continues left, so he will kill you 'till you die from it.
Even worse is the fact 1 can only use 1 magic spell and he can use as many as he wants. I have only bested him 1 time in the 15 years I've owned the game. Only way to beat him is with a second person keeping the skeletons occupied while you keep spamming running kicks to keep him off his feet.
Never have I faced a foe that I could not defeat, except this guy.
:/
I have a feeling the Collection is going to Kick my ass....LordNue said:Holy fuck it feels like you get even less crystals in the collection. I'm at the final level and I've had enough to evolve...two, maybe three elves. I also hate how there's no checkpoints in the levels and lives (I mean continues) are so bloody scarce. It's like they looked at the X series and decided to take the things I liked from it out and went "Yeah, this will be fun". But the base gameplay isn't actually that bad. It's just annoying that you die in four hits and every time you die you have to go to the beginning of the level unless you fought a boss, but you might as well restart anyway because you're going to need every fucking life for the final boss.Gigaguy64 said:My biggest problem from one was getting enough E-C to feed the Damn things only to find out that they just Evolved and now needed MORE before i could use them.....LordNue said:I played one and two. Honestly it wouldn't be so hard if it wasn't for the fact that using those cyber elves totally fucked you up.Gigaguy64 said:The collection is probably gonna be the next Game i buy.LordNue said:: ( I can't beat angel X in the first MMZ game. I bought the collection and fffuuuuuccckkkk I owned the game on the GBA years ago and I do not remember it being this hard.Gigaguy64 said:I never got to fight him myself.TheHermit said:I had completely forgotten about that! Had to use some crazy all out rush down strategy to beat him quick before djinn storm or something like that.Gigaguy64 said:Golden Sun 2.
there is a secret Boss called Dullahan.
Aside from having powerful Psynergy, Stats, and high HP & PP.
He has a move called Djinn Storm.
(Djinn are Equipable creatures that alter your stats and classes, and let you Summon)
It would put ALL of your party's Djinn in Recovery, messing up your stats and moves, and keep you from Summoning.
He liked to use that move a lot BTW.
I also remember having a horrible time with Gate from Megaman X6.
Watching other people fight him though....just as scary.
Their teams would be extremely high Levels with great equipment and Psynergy.....only to fall like Trees before the Tsunami against Dullhahn.
Speaking of Megaman.....Megaman ZERO anyone?
That game had some of the most BS Bosses AND Enemys i have ever seen.
To contribute: the Demi-Fiend from DDS, I'm willing to go on a limb and say he's one of the hardest bosses ever.
As hard as ZERO 1 was, it was fun.
And iv never played the others so this is a great opportunity.
And still have E-C for the Reploids you would meet in the base.

this took me nearly 3 hours to beat all forms and about 50 deathsGreenstripe0 said:I got one for you. Try the Pizza Batman from No More Heroes II. Just no. So F*@(ING impossible. After your first deathblow, he likes to teleport around and hit you an unblockable move. You can either dodge and pray or attempt to parry, which requires perfect timing. Oh and after the second deathblow, that move turns into a ranged attack. Or the two Destroymen. ugh. No More Heroes II just had unfair boss after unfair boss.
