I tried that. Run past in wolf form, and the encounter does not trigger. Try to transform into a wolf anywhere in the arena and your told "do you want to scare a person?" as three elderich horrors are just moving around on her lawn.

Oh wait hold on! I remember that bit now! I think you are supposed to swim around or something so the woman doesn't see you! The spin attack thing should work too though, I've defeated those things that way before.
