Actually, speaking of Gears of War, fucking RAAM. This was before I had Xbox Live or, you know, friends.
Fun fact: I kicked that dude's behind on Insane, solo. True story.

On topic:

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed's Star Destroyer section.

Puzzles that I have to use the internet to solve when they are actually very simple. It wastes time and makes me feel stupid.
Yeah, I know how you feel, I'm going through Assassin's Creed II right now and I've been tempted to hit up Google on occasion. I've resisted so far though.

Jumping level where you have to be precise and make consecutive jumps, like trash tower in Infamous, click clock wood in Banjo Kazooie, clock tower in Super Mario 64.

They weren't really hard just frustrating because 1 small slip and you have to do it all again.

^This^ Seriously. This. It has no right to be in the game.

MW2 where you have to defend the computer, then run all the way to the extraction point while surrounded and if you die 1 foot away from the goal then you lose and have to start from the computer again.

Fetch quests within fetch quests that are over 80 miles away from each other.
You sir cannot have possibly finished COD4 on veteran if you find THAT overally annoying.

Sephiroth in KH2, until I realised I could just spam that reflect spell (Reflega? I don't know) and barely even get hurt.
wait..what? You could have done that? I had to use the ultima weapon to beat him.

Anubis II. That entire game. There is no reason for that game to exist! The only good thing they did was that.......hold on..let me think about...yea I can't think of anything.

Well, of course, there's always Kitteh puncher: The game. Oh, the fun I had with that...

No, but fur reelz, dying in GTA4 and Read Dead was always infuriating, since 95% of the time there was nothing you could do about it, and to start over you would have to drive halfway across the map.

Also, every part in I Wanna Be The Guy, particularly against The Guy himself.

The death sequences in Too Human make me want to walk down the street crowbar-ring every nominally cute object person and animal in sight. I don't mind slow artsy death sequences, but unless it's part of a cut-scene or skippable, there is NO excuse for making it 30 seconds long (It doesn't sound like alot but next time you watch a big fast action movie, pause the video for 30 seconds every time there is a death on screen, yeah it's even worse in Too Human). And don't even get me started on Ninja Gaiden 2, there is a difference between 'hard' and 'cheap' you assholes.

Ohh and I nearly forgot this warning to all the new players out there, be warned dying while on a mission in GTA4 may cause you to murder your family in a blind rage, since few things in the world of gaming are more anger enducing then having to start ALL THE WAY BACK AT THE START OF A HALF HOUR MISSION.

Ninja Gaiden 2

Every damn projectile packing enemy. Especially the explosive ones.
No mention of the giant lava armadillo? I'm flabbergasted!

For me though, it's going through BlazBlue's arcade and then getting completely owned by V-13's combos. Either that or every single part of Ikaruga, because I can't get passed level 2.

Dear god, only thing as bad is sending your horde into a canyon, only for 5000 siege tanks to instagib from unreachable heights

Every time I played Call of Duty 4 and 6 online and got insta-killed by a shotgun or a grenade launcher.

Now there's a horrifying game.

Anyway, I'll probably have to go with the entire Meat Circus from Psychonauts. More specifically, the bunny-escort and rising water bits took quite a toll on my keyboard. It was almost a cathartic anger, though.

1) Managing inventory in RE:5

2) That claptrap robot in Borderlands

3) The days before insta-replay in racing, when you have done about 30+ minutes of skin-of-your-teeth driving on a race that you've done 10,000,000 times, in 1st place, and get nudged off the road by an opponent 10meters from the finish line

I could always handle dying in Red Dead without too much hassle, mainly because the consequences are (usually) kinda mild. There were two particular animals that took me hours to find to get the Level 10 hunter which had me seething.

I hate Quick Time Events so hard, I would be considered a natural disaster to kitten kind. It.... It would make me sad. My dog as well, since his kitten is a fun toy for him.
Quick Time Events make my poor little puppy sad. :-(
