So I'm playing a zen archer in a pirate campaign setting and the GM gave (specifically) my bow to another player (whom is a standard monk) and he is refusing to cooperate with me in anyway, what should i do?
>additional info
>GM says players can buy back equipment from the store room which was taken when players were abducted
>GM only gives opportunities to obtain cash to other players (so far)
>GM never lets my character do jobs that he would be good at "because Mr plug likes when people damage the ship so he can punish them"
>the guy I'm having trouble with is my friend irl but in game he is using the excuse "I'm role-playing" despite his character being friendly with everyone except me (although in combat he isn't so bad)
>lately that player is saying "I don't have your bow" which is a blatant lie
