Gi'zeal- 24Ap 2MP ? A desert

Gi'zeal and captain goldeye stood over the remains of the caravan, a sandstorm had buried most of the tents a score of devastated looking survivors lay scattered, few able to move.

?my son where is??

Gi'zeal plucked a shining eye out of a coughing mutar his orange striped fur wrapped in cloths his face ravaged by dehydration sand and wind.
?Here? it seems the glorious holder of the eye has failed to reach his goal. Whatever it might be?

The tents and beasts all faced the same direction: home. Goldeye said with sadness ?He realised his mission was doomed he was trying to return these people to the Mu?

Gi'zeal nodded vaguely impressed ?He changed the will of the eye, it takes a strong man to alter what he wants for those under his responsibility? A strong man and a foolish optimist
?Perhaps he deserves a second chance. A father-son venture maybe?

Goldeye raised an eyebrow

Gi'zeal lifted the dying caravaner ?come on, the rest are gone. But let?s get him back. Perhaps he?ll learn a lesson from all this. I?ll give him a reason to live yet?

Gi'zeal- 20Ap 2MP ? The City of Gi?zeal

Henreitta stood on the deck of a ship in the harbour. Two Fey and a Mutar stood before her, one made of wood, one close to dying of thirst and one looking very concerned.
She was concerned too, Gi'zeal had found her too easily. It was clearly something to do with that eye.
She was ready to do whatever possible to keep his schemes out of her business, or at the very least his presence out of her offices.

?What is all this?

The Wooden Fey smiled
?A venture a second chance for our explorer friend, a way to expand our business and our influence?

She kept an impassive face
?Oh yes my dear god I am very fond of all that, new friends new deals new trade. This all benfits me greatly but-?

Before she could object Gi'zeal indicated the pair beside him one empting a gourd into the other?s mouth
?And a way for our captain goldeye to bond with his son in this endeavour for the good of our wonderfull city?

She looked the captain up and down
?no?

?What?? anger briefly played across the god?s face

?No, the captain will have nothing to do with this vessel. You two are far too close, and like it or not I wouldn?t be here if you didn?t want my help. So if you want it Mr Goldeye Sr won?t have anything to do with this. I have no problems with the Lad, Al Kadai was it? but otherwise the ship will be crewed by my people. And it?s first mission will be a rescue for this poor man?s caravan. Deal??

A wooden hand was offered to shake as if her demands were nothing ?deal?

As they shook Henrietta looked to the ship beneath her and felt a sudden thrill as under some part of her power it began to slowly rise into the air.

Once a month using these charts the The Emissary may instantly return to any known port or city.

Gi'zeal felt that thanks to Taumel?s recent help, however it had turned out for him. it was only right to return the favor, and the violent little historian had been quite interesting in her own way.

Venari - Silverholt - 27/30 AP, 2 MP

The days amongst the elders passed slowly as his influence spread through them and they discussed what to do with him. It was odd for both. With him he heard them discussing his fate, agreeing and disagreeing about things, deciding on as much that they would need to bring him to their King when they had determined how to inform him. For them the world seemed to be changing around them, things shimmered in new colours that they found only they could see, walls became meaningless to their sight, and some were already able to see through eachothers flesh. Letters went from and to the large hut daily now, either with reports from the tunnels, or letters about the gift that a few hundred in Silverholt now found themselves with, or simply the return of their god.

His mind always returned to the problem at hand. Thoughts of how it had happened were still there and it was clear that he hadn't been on the world during the period. If he was to begin his work upon them again how was he to know it wouldn't happen again. He didn't and it was still unknown to him whether or not he was the only one to be hit by it.

Steps needed to be taken to preserve his work. The Nirn he was altering were suitable for keeping his word clear if it was to be followed but their bodies were worn out, their minds tired, prepared to lapse into oblivion. He spread his powers out into the world again, into the same Nirn he had gifted with grand perception. Youth would be granted as he altered their form, slowly undoing the effects of time on their bodies, granting them new life in their age. Longevity would be granted through further manipulations of their form, slowing the decline back into their natural state and granting them far longer lives than even their youth would grant. The elders and their apprentices would gain a hundred years or so of life and he would gain peace of mind.

Venari snapped into focus as the Nirn around him stopped talking and looked to him again. It seemed they had decided, it seemed it was time.

- Bless the Nirn scholars of Silverholt with youth and longevity.
- Action is difficulty 9, with a cost of 3 AP. Total domain bonus applied to the roll is +6.

- Should have 24/30 AP at end of turn.

- Assist Arora in her creation using +2 Hunt and +2 Change this turn. Sharpen the perception of the golem to make it able to see threats at a distance.

Leilani- 23/30 2MP-Yggdrasil

After Leilani had her talk with Thumero, she saw Helio. "Oh am I glad to see you Leilani. Do you see what has happened to Yggdrasil? It's in the sky! I never thought I'd see Yggdrasil in the air. Though this affects any possible trade within or out of Yggdrasil. How are we to--"

"Oh don't worry Helio. I know you love to do that. I bumped into an old friend and he'll agree to move Yggdrasil wherever we need. He also is helping solve the problem of getting people in and out of Yggdrasil. It involves teleportation." Leilani paused for a bit. "So you have nothing to worry about. " Leilani then walked off.

Though if Yggdrasil is able to fly now, they needed some way to defend themselves in air, a way to fly/glide through the air. As Leilani was deep in thought, thinking what she could do, a bird landed on her shoulder. She grabbed the bird before it could fly away. Even better would be to use the birds that lived in Yggdrasil. More birds were bound to stop at Yggdrasil, now that it was floating in the sky. Leilani touched the bird, channeling her power into it, having vines surrounding it, forming a cocoon around it.

<spoiler=Action>
DC9: Creating or altering a non-sentient species smaller than an elephant

(Is more for size, not so much appearance)
Leilani will change the bird to become bigger, having a body made of plant material. It will act like any normal bird, but can extend vines from it's body to attack when needed. The species will make Yggdrasil their room, reproducing there. It will reproduce similar to a plant.

Assist
Leilani will help in Taumel's attempt to make an demigod, giving her a better knowledge and appreciation of nature she didn't know she had.

Gi'zeal
Gi'zeal's ship the Emissary was now a ship that could fly. It would be a ship that would discover new lands and trade with people they had never seen before. Thus they went on their maiden voyage to rescue a caravan.

Ar'Guran
Ar'Guran now had a species of wood dragons at his disposal. They scared some people when they saw the statues come to life and move, but knew it must have been Ar'Guran who made them, as they were very much the same appearance as Him, even having the black eyes.

Arora
Arora recrafted the Flolem core, making it indestructible unless someone could remove it from Maranga'nawe. She also gave Flolem some intelligence and the ability to understand some languages.

Bolt
Bolt created two identical mirrors, one in Dusk City and the other in Thucho'Iro Heights. With these mirrors, the people of the two cities can talk with each other.

Venari
Venari blessed the Nirn scholars around him, giving them youth and longevity. Several advances would happen in Silverholt since these Nirn scholars were able to live long past their normal life span.

Taumel
While Esther was asleep, Taumel was busy changing her into a demigod. Channeling power into Esther, she changed her fur white and turned her hair red due to the process of becoming a demigod. Taumel was content with her new demigod and couldn't wait for Esther's reaction.

Domain: +2 Secrets. Esther will get power over secrets, with an understanding of how to gather and use them in any way imagineable. She would be able to keep secrets better than anyone else with this power.

Drawback: -2 Compassion. Esther has no understanding of compassion or mercy. She would not care to help the weak or anyone suffering. She's likelier to use violence and threats than diplomacy or discussion when using secrets to further her means.

Leilani
The bird emerged from the cocoon, becoming bigger in size. Leilani was pleased with how the Strelitzia turned out, a perfect combination of bird and plant that would defend the skies around Yggdrasil well. Leilani then went around making more birds just like the first one she made.

Thumero
Thumero created a thousand mortals that would allow teleportation of people to and from Yggdrasil. They would be bound to fulfill this duty. Yet some did not know they had this duty and had to be found across the world.

Era

Era gave birth to a creature that took many characteristics from the parents. It could fly, had sharp claws like Ar'Guran and the ice abilities of its mother. There was more abilities Ezaran had, but those wouldn't appear until later on in life.

Arora - 20/30 AP, 2 MP - Maranga'nawe, 212

It was approaching dawn on the next day when a burst of flame atop the volcano signified the return of Arora. Her two companions appeared soon afterwards, only this time there was a third nestled in Sraker's arms...
The new and improved core of Flolem the Golem.
With long awaited ceremony the two hundred and twelve year old Lord Protector stood, arms outstretched over the volcano's rim, the hefty core chiming softly in his hands. He looked down, black eyes awash in the light of the inferno beneath him, and released the crystalline orb.
Consistent orange glow from the mountain's peak became a dancing kaleidoscope of warm colours as the lava's incandescence refracted within the psionically charged facets of the gem. Like explorers dropping a flare into a sunless cave, the trio watched their tinkered core plummet through the stone fissure, anticipating the moment that it broke the surface magma. It was a moment that never actually came.
Katya audibly gasped with awe as a monstrous claw, a construct of molten stone made animate, erupted from the centre of the lava pool to catch the core mid-fall. The divine artifact's fiery display went super-nova as the source of its light rose up to meet it, only to be abruptly extinguished upon collision, enveloped in the volcano's rippling stone fist.
With a prehistoric grace the arm slid up and out from its pit, dragging behind it a heavy, rounded shoulder. Flowing on from that came the body, a bulbous yet predatory figure. From the top of the mountain this sculpted mass rose, climbing higher and higher, towering above the three spectators, easily visible from all parts of the bay like some ancient gothic brazier floating in the centre of a pond. At a height of its climb the golem's arm lowered, clawed grip relaxing as a ripple of glowing cracks snaked their way up the sinuous silicon forearm and biceps; light from the core breaching its body's magma exterior as it travels up the limb, the burst of latent stimuli rushing through a long-dead nervous system. Still further up through the squat neck it writhed and on unto the peaked head, where the radiating fissures united at last into a pair of luminous crags.
And thus, for the first time in over a century, Flolem opened its eyes.
Sraker chuckled with satisfaction as he heard a familiar rumbling course through his resurrected childhood creation.
"Welcome back, my friend!" he called up at it. "It has been too long."
Behind him, Arora leaned down next to Katya, whispering in her ear,
"Notice how he greets his pet rock with more enthusiasm than he does his godmother." she said bitterly. Katya gave this notion a short, slightly hysterical giggle.
"You think that maybe 'pet rock' is understating things a little?"

While the spectacle of Flolem's resurrection had been most magnificent, Katya soon gave into her weariness. She had been up since early the previous day, and since then had spent the entire day either with Arora or at Silverholt. It was high time she went home.
So having made arrangements to meet again tomorrow the Lady Tribune separated from her colleagues at the summit, winding her way down the path leading back to Crystal Landing. With a mewling feline yawn Katya stumbled up to the door of her cottage, fumbling with the latch in the twilight darkness. She whispers a hushed Mucronomicon phrase, causing the wick of a lantern hanging besides the door to flicker alight, and under this illumination she pushes into the building.

In the house of Katya the dragon statue had taken a curious turn, seeing as its wooden wings had moved and its eyes had gone from rigid wood to somehow a more moving supple wood that curled around the statue before unfurling. As the dragon statue woke up and looked around it finds that it is in some kind of stone house with several different kinds of wood in many different places. The nonlight in the window was new also and it didn't at that time understand that it was sometime during the night and rather scratched its sharp and newly made claws on the wooden table under it. Clawing at the wood under it and biting at it the dragon digs up mouthfuls and swallows before jumping off and flying over to a support beam and hanging upside down it starts clawing at the wood making it fall in ribbons to the floor. The dragon moved from piece of wood to piece of wood scratching and eating the different kinds before moving again.
It was then that the house's owner arrived.
Just as something made the inside lighter the dragon looked across the enclosed area at something moving a wooden thing. Scooting backward a few inches deeper into the wood he had dug out to make a nest the dragon watched the thing moving step into the large pile of wood shavings it never got around to eating. Katya halted barely a stride into the atrium, having found herself surrounded by debris more in keeping with a workshop than a home.
"What in the name of..."
She set down the lantern well away from the shavings, inspecting gaze staking out the area carefully.
Still watching this moving thing the dragon had a feeling and walked out of its carved out area in one corner and makes a clicking noise sounding like two small pieces of wood hitting each other several times before taking off. Flapping over and landing on the eaten table the weight shifting on it makes the chewed on leg give and the whole table tilt making the dragon cry out in annoyance as it shifts under him and thumps against the stone.
"OOOOOO-oh goodness!"
Katya had been on the verge of screaming. It was only through sheer mental constitution that she managed to turn that scream into a hushed gasp.
"Easy there..." she whispered to the dragon, backing away step by gradual step. Tilting its head back and forth at the backing up much larger thing the dragon hops down to the floor and pads forward and starts eating the shredded wood that is piled on the floor. Now it can be seen its from one of the legs of the table and a good part of the support beam right above where the pile was.
As it eats at the pile like its a pile of meat it gets bigger slowly till its almost a whole 4 inches longer before it stops and coughs. Coughing again and backing up from the pile it stands on its back legs with its wings wide as its belly seems to distend slowly before falling off. A half round wooden thing falls to the floor making the previously bulky looking dragon statue now look very thin. As it moves past the dropped portion and starts eating at the shredded wood hungrily it looks up at the figure again.
Katya's slit eyes dart from the half orb to the dragon thing and back. It occurs to her that this creature looks the exact spitting image of the statue Viera had given to Arora.
She considers asking the book, but the long term desire to conserve her vision overrides any sense of urgency. She also considers chucking a fireball at the wooden dragon, but soon realises that the creature is too adorable to destroy outright.
Her next consideration is the one that she acts upon. Grabbing a wooden spoon from the table next to her, Katya cautiously slides through the shavings. As the dragon draws nearer, she proffers up her spoon as if holding a strip of meat out to a puppy.
It kept eating the wood before looking up when another more substantial piece was offered it moves forward slowly and reaches out with his head. The teeth in his mouth cutting through the wood of the head of the spoon easily as it takes a bite. Chewing on it and taking another larger bite and settling on its haunches as it keeps taking bite after bite getting farther down the handle of the spoon. In between biting it looks up at the large thing holding the meal.
"Aaaw, you're a cute little fella, aren't you?" Katya mumbles, taking a tone of voice usually reserved for babies and kittens. "Yesyouare! Yesyouare!"
Looking up at the large thing for a second longer and moving forward its razor sharp claws grab at her arm and it starts climbing up it. The claws dimpling her skin under the fur and prickling but not scratching or piercing. When it gets to her face it holds her ear with one claw as It puts its head in front of her eye upside down for a second.
"Hello there!" she says to the upside down dragon, giggling as its minute talons tickle her neck and ear. It then jumps off, gliding back down to the floor.
Picking up the dropped thing in its front two legs and walking on its back ones using its tail and wings to keep it up it drops the thing in Katya's hand. The curved outside is carved in a scale pattern and it looks like half of an egg while the inside looked liked wavy broken part where something was missing. After setting it in her hand and dropping back down it makes a chirp like two boards tapping each other as it looks at up her.
"Oooh, what's this?!" she asks with exaggerated enthusiasm, leaning forward and holding up the half orb for both of them to see. "Wassisthing? Oooh, youagoodboy!"
She looks behind her, at the book she had laid upon the table next to the lantern. Perhaps it would be a good idea to check...
"Should I ask the book?" she asks the dragon, pointing at her Mucronomicon.
Following the pointed finger the dragon jumps into the air and flaps over to land on the book. Stepping off and scratching at the cover it tilts its head back and forth a few times before losing interest and taking a bite out of the table next to it. Sitting down to enjoy the wood as it looks back at Katya.
Katya hurries over to take a seat at the table... Only for her chair to immediately collapse under the weight, its legs having been gnawed through by the dragon.
She quickly stands back up, brushing herself off as if nothing embarrassing had transpired before then opening the Mucronomicon to its current page. She retrieved her ink and quill from the pockets of her patchy coat, preparing pose her query to the book of truth:

First Katya finds the part of the self-written Mucronomicon that describes the appearance of the creature. It was, as she suspected, the Ar'guran statue made animate. Keeping this in mind, the Lady Tribune places an asterisk next to the passage before moving to the bottom of the page to complete her footnote.
There, she writes the following, What are the workings of this creature?
Laying her quill down, Katya drags the lantern closer and pours over the reply that scratches itself out before her very eyes, This creature is a Father statue made quick from afar across yonder waters, and is the only one of its kind in the Mu. The force used in its creation cometh from the Dragon Ar'Guran, Prince of Corruption. It is in all parts wooden, and thus wood its only craving be, having teeth and claws supernaturally sharp such that they are well suited to this endeavor.
It is easily tamed and shan't harm a living creature, though this hath yet to be seen under duress. The detached portion is half of an egg that is created when the creature consumeth given quantity of wood, and when two half eggs are put together a new dragon is created within the next four-to-six months, dependent upon thy surrounding environment. The wings on its back allow for flight until weariness doth encumber the , which is in and of itself not an easy or quick thing to do, and it shows some ability to walk on two legs though it prefereth four. The tail is prehensile, to a point, and allows for grabbing and holding things for an extensive duration. The eyes while soulless black can pick out the temperament of the person they doth behold, if they be permitted study them eye to eye, requiring a range in the order of inches.

Katya nodded, glancing sidelong at the dragon.
"Hmmm... So you're a girl dragon!" she deduced. "Well I'm going to call you... Daisy!"
She bent down to pick up a snapped chair leg.
"Come'ereDaisy! Whossagoodgirl?!"
Swallowing the now shredded and dusted mouthful of wood it had had in its mouth it looks at the moving stick and tilts its head before getting up and stretching slowly before sprinting forward and jumping into the air, one hard flap of its wings takes it to the stick and as it slams into it it digs its teeth and claws into it almost ripping it from Katya's hand as it takes a large bite and holds onto it as it chews. The Mutar reels from the force, gripping the table for support.
"Woah, she's a feisty one, our Daisy!" she says.
"I'm going to need a sturdier house with you around."

Bjorn/Mrs. Flower

A flash of light appeared in a room with 5 guards blinding them for a brief second. When they could see again, they saw Mrs.Flower standing there, she asked. "Where is that bastard Emperor Bolt!? WHERE!?" One of the prison guards looked at her and said. "No one will be killing him but us and if you want to take your revenge on him you have to go throu-." That was all he could say before Mrs. Flower grabbed him by the face and said. "Ok, I'm game." Before delivering the mother of all beat downs on them.

Bjorn had heard of the commotion from one of the guards. It appeared they had sent a runner to fetch him. Least to say he was furious. He quickly made his way down to where they were "fighting" the demigod. Upon arriving at the scene he used some of the shadows to help his men escape. He then approached the angry demigod and yelled. "What is the meaning of this?!"

Mrs. Flower put down the Darkspawn she was beating up and said. "I'm here to get revenge on Emperor Bolt and I won't let anyone stop me. So tell me where he is or else."

"First." Bjorn says while slowly walking forward. "You come into my city without my permission." He raises his hand and holds up one finger. "Then you assault my men." He lifts up another finger. "You make demands of me." Another finger goes up. "Then you have the audacity to threaten me!" He finished his voice taking on a more guttural tone. "I may be kinder than the false god but make no mistake." He closes his hand before pointing straight at Mrs. Flower. "I will break you if you ever threaten me or my city in such a way again."

Mrs. Flower walked over to the nearest seat and sat down. She then put her hands on her heads and said. "I know you want vengeance on him but my people have suffered worse at his hands. I was made into a slave and forced to "comfort" him and he turned my people into a slave race for all those years. I was powerless to do anything and just watch." Tears started to pour down her face as she continued. "M-My children that I will never see again, it's just not fair."

"And I'll say it again." Bjorn began as he relaxed into a more comfortable position. "I don't mind that you want your revenge but threatening me or my kin will not be tolerated." When he thought of the now dead false god his face contorted into a frown, although it was barely visible beneath his armor. "Unfortunately, the imposter is dead. He was assassinated inside his cell." He lightly shrugged as he said. "I'm sorry but you won't be able to exact your revenge on him."

Mrs. Flower stood up and looked at him before she asked, "By whom?" Just then a Darkspawn came running into the room and said, "Sir we may have found the assassin, unfortunately he committed suicide before we get anything out of him." Mrs. Flower looked at the Darkspawn and said. "Well that's convenient"

"Yes... Convenient." Bjorn said as he stared at the guard. "Take us there."

They soon arrived where the murderer committed suicide. It was the same place where Bolt had been sitting. He appeared to be asleep at the moment. "Where is the Body?" Mrs. Flower asked. She had missed the fact that Bolt was asleep behind her instead listening to the guard?s response. ?The body is that red messy pile down that cliff over there."

"A cliff huh... A very messy way to go." Bjorn points at one of the guards and says. "You there, check his body for anything that could be useful." He turned to Mrs. Flower and asked. "Is there anyone else that would have wanted the false god dead?"

?Probably everyone on the planet." Mrs. Flower said as she turned around. Before she could say anything else, she saw Bolt and an angry look came to her eyes. "Oh yeah I have to deal with him to." she said as she walked towards him.

Bjorn simply rolled his eyes before leaving. It took him a bit but he eventually made his way back to the capital. He immediately went to his room to relax but upon entering the room he noticed a sword by his bed. He smirked to himself and was now thankful he helped in the creation of this relic. He unsheathed it and gave it a few test swings before smirking to himself and sheathing it.

Oswald

He could feel the hunger burning deep within him. He had left shortly after dropping off the sword. After two hundred years of nothing, the Dark couldn?t wait any longer. He had gotten as far away as he could, going far enough that he ended up in the freezing tundra. He needed to do something to get rid of this all-encompassing hunger. It was there he noticed a smaller creature. Slightly humanoid in shape, but it had a snake tail for legs, and two large horns sticking out of its back. It clicked then on what he could do to get rid of this burning hunger. Oswald gathered his energy and began pouring it into the creature.

Bjorn now has ?The Bane of Light? in his possession.

Erebus

Also named the ?Abyssal Beast,? it has no true goal or sentience. It was created from the desperation of Oswald and the power of the Dark. Its only purpose is to devour all in its never ending hunger. It devours the souls of those it has slain, increasing its own power and sending some of it to the Dark. It does not think, it cannot be bargained with, and it cannot be intimidated. It only hungers. With a grasp over the shadows no one can hide from it. Travelers tell stories of the beast. If you ever travel to the frozen tundra, beware the Abyssal Beast, beware Erebus.

Ajax - Mu Floodplains - 0/0 AP

The sun was at its peak as Ajax had finished tending to the sick. The Mutari would be insulated from the brunt of their sickness, but their suffering and sadness was palpable for the demigod. Despite being among the few Feyeath in these lands, the feelings and thoughts of others were still as open to him as a book. Life had been serene since that celebration from two hundred years ago. Yet with this change the Fey felt a sickness in the bottom of his stomach. It was no mundane disease that plagued him, no. Ajax felt something wrong around him.

Ten years after Arora fell asleep in the volcano, Ajax had decided to do something with himself as the world around him changed; it was no longer the Bay he entered when he was mortal. Sraker had become a joint leader of the new world, having retired in some way the need to fight, while he spent his years in that hut with his fur cloak expecting children to come visit him... He took up medicine and for a time he felt at peace. He would gather herbs of healing and protection for one half of the day and tend to the wounded or sick in the other. Ajax felt good about what he did, and passed his practice to others. There was first a Mutar named Iukini whom the Fey saw a little of himself in her; a compassion for her kinfolk and a want for helping them. She would marry one deeper in Crystal Valley - Ro if he remembered the name right - and they would have children. For what brief time Ajax had appreciated the Mutar's company in his practice and was saddened when she left, but it would not be the last time he would have dealings with her and her kin.

Fifteen years after she left for Crystal Valley proper with Ro five more Mutar came to Ajax; they were Children of Iukini. The demigod could feel a respect in them and in turn a... reverence that she had felt. They came to learn from Ajax of medicine so that they could provide aid for the Mu lands. The demigod could see no wrong in teaching them, so he agreed. In time they would learn everything Ajax knew and left to give aid there. And then the cycle repeated with new souls coming to Ajax for knowledge. Over time he began to encourage them all to teach others on their own, while still keeping in touch with him and their siblings. In fifty years, the Coven of Felissa came to be, aiding those sick or wounded; named in honor of Ajax's wife. At first the coven was small and could do little, but over time the demigod was surprised at what could be done. With the persuasion of the rest of hte coven, he had found himself working in the heart of Crystal Valley and the rest of the land with Sraker, providing relief to those who have surffered. It felt good to have something unite him with his son again.

In his pursuit of medicine, he did not think of asking for charity or help from others. The exposure to what others had felt made him weary long ago, and so tried to be more involved with the world. There ws joy and sadness in equal measure, and the idea of a perfect society seemed ever closer. Yet even now as the Fey lay in his cot, he could not shake this feeling of wrongness. He had heard that Arora had reemerged and felt a mixture of joy and panic. Sraker would be overjoyed at seeing her again, but Ajax had kept his own feelings under lock and key; there were too many thoughts that lurked in his own heart that went against his being, and yet he could not ignore. Since the gods had come to this world their actions had changed it forever; he could not recognize the Ebonbark Bay anymore despite living through its change. Ajax still felt small before these gods, and the changes they brought with them. The mortals must have been like the fleas he picks from his cloak. He stil remembered his time in Silverholt, how he and Sraker had to live there because of a threat. From what he could understand it was averted, but had made one of the gods bleed and wreak destruction on the land. It gave the demigod ideas. Big ideas.

But these ideas would demand a confrontation with the gods, and Thumero and Arora...

Over the 200 years the gods had been dormant, Ajax had begun taking care of the wounded and unfortunate. His actions would lead to the creation of the Coven of Felissa, a charity organization that is focused on healing, medicine, and relief.

Taumel - 17/30 Ap, 2mp - The Lucent Reef

Sound of the drums, beating in the heart. The thunder of gods, tore her apart.

Esther woke up to a new sensation. She knew she was different than when she had fallen asleep. It took a while for her to figure out the extent of the changes though. The most noticeable was how most of her piercings were gone, replaced with actual rubies inlaid in the snow white skin under her eyes.

Her memories were changed as well, enhanced in a way that made her remember events and details more vividly than ever before. As she gazed upon her fellow mortals, she caught glimpses of how to use what she knew against them. She could see the relationships between some of them.

"Your grandmother is more selfless than given credit for." Taumel said, making Esther jump as she hadn't seen her a moment ago. She appeared sitting next to her, with a widebrimmed hat covering her face.

"You did this... whatever this is... to me, didn't you?" Esther asked.

Taumel nodded approvingly. "I suppose I did the action itself, but it was inspired by those who were once mortal. Seems neither of you are now though." She leaned back against a rock.

"What is it, exactly?" Esther let her hands trail over her face, and then held them up in front of herself. She noticed they were the same white as Taumel's fur. "That you did to me?"

"Immortality like that of your grandmother's, combined with a small amount of power in its purest form." Taumel grinned. "You've ascended, my dear. You're not all that different from me now in a way." She almost added the words you never were.

"Woah." Esther exclaimed, but at her attempt to use her powers to strike a passing Feyeath down nothing happened. "Uh, you sure?" She frowned, attempting the action a few more times.

"Yes, it requires some actual intelligence and thought to be used though." Taumel had to sigh when Esther confirmed her fears by attempting to kill some of the mortals. "Take some time getting used to it, figure it out for yourself. If you're worthy it won't take you long."

Esther was left alone once more. All she had wanted was to talk with Taumel like they had done not that long ago, instead her grandmother had traded her own favours with the goddess to ascend Esther. She smiled faintly, beginning to think of ways to discover what domain her power gave her control over. She didn't want to let either of them down.

Taumel had given the native painted the ability to breathe underwater in Zheler, but she had a new idea for how to improve their skills in water. The Ghost Division had brought real ship with them, and the knowledge how to build more. She wanted something that was a lot more agile and fast though. A creature of some intelligence, but very much subservient to those with superior brains.

Taumel dove into the depths of the sea, where she found a small fish species that she should be able to alter to get the one she had planned. All she had to do was change its evolution thread quite a lot.

<spoiler=Action>DC9
+4 Psionics, +2 knowledge, +2 Evolution, -2 nature
-Creating or altering a non-sentient species smaller than an elephant.
Maris

(They've got larger fins than the image, but otherwise kind of close.)
- They're a lot more faster and flexible in water than any ship.
- They will be tamed and used by Taumel's people for battle, riding or work.
- They can leap pretty far even when carrying someone on their back, making them highly capable on coasts and on ships.
- They breathe air, don't have gills.
- They can move on land, but they lose their main strengths which is agility, becoming slow and clumsy.
- They remain rather strong in both water and on land.
- They do have teeth to bite with, but they're at most able to bite through flesh.
- They can spit water.

Era Bloodwitch: 26/30 AP Location: Moondira Castle
Era sat at the edge of her window, watching as the limber figure of Ezaran stretched out and prepared for flight. As her son grew she saw his resemblance to Ar'Guran. She sighed and wiped her eyes. Era missed the dragon and as much as she loved her son, she felt an emptiness from the disappearance of his father.
"Miranna. I think it is time." Era called over her shoulder to Miranna.
"My lady? Time for what?" She softly questioned.
"I lost my first companion, Lucian, as well as my first child and lover. I will not lose another. I am making you immortal. Come lay down before me." She mumbled to her.
Miranna came and lay upon the snowy bed. Era walked over to her and removed the thick dressings that Miranna wore. Now bare, Miranna looked away, embarrassed. Era smiled to herself and laid her hand over Miranna. One palm pressed firmly against her chest and the other to her forehead. Closing her eyes, Era chanted the spell to make Miranna immortal. Miranna shrieked out in pain as Era turned her heart to ice. Her heart beat fast as the ice molded to the cardiac muscles. Miranna squirmed and wailed as Era finished her spell. Falling to the ground, she looked upon Miranna. Her frame was sweaty, but her hair was now white and her eyes glowed with the intensity of the blue ice that surrounded her. Ezaran walked into the room and his eyes fell upon the nude woman before him and his mother.
"Mother-" Ezaran began.
"Son, fetch me a dress from my wardrobe. Aid Miranna in dressing, for she and I are both too weak." Era softly demanded.
Ezaran grabbed a blue, silk dress and helped Miranna to dress. He lifted her and carried her to the large bed in the opposite room. Walking back in silently, Ezaran grabbed Era and carried her to her own bed. Laying her down, he whispered to her.
"Mother, where is my father?"
"Ezaran, I told you. Your father is elsewhere, caring for creatures of his own." Era sleepily mumbled.
"What did you do to Miranna?" Ezaran questioned as he tucked his mother in. Era reached up and cupped her sons cheek, her thumb brushing between soft flesh and rough scales.
"I made her immortal; a companion for the rest of our days. She will never leave us, son." Era yawned.
Ezaran nodded and crawled next to his mother. Laying his head upon her chest, he whispered to her,
"No companion will make up for my father's absence. Soon, I will go look for him."

Difficulty: 11 Area Action Cost 4 AP: Grant genuine immortality and invulnerability to one mortal.
Era made Miranna Immortal by converting her cardiac muscles into ice. Her heart beats with her acidic, crystalized blood. Miranna's appearance slightly changed. Her hair faded to a frost white and her eyes glow fluorescent blue, like the ice of Moondira.

Ar'Guran 20AP 1MP

Walking through the fortress Guran Ar'Guran is in the shape of a Jeri, his wings slightly bigger and his build also bigger he slides through and around the standing and walking people in this part of the fortress. As he makes his way through the fortress he can feel the pinpricks of where his newest creations are in and around it, as well as the reactions. While many had been scared and a bit annoyed at these things they had soon become happy to have them play and watch over their children. The ease in which they were tamed and kept was amazing to them even if those who had wood things in their houses found that after a while they would fail because the dragons were feeding on them on the sly when not being watched on top of the wood brought in just for that purpose.

As Ar'Guran steps through a doorway into the main area where Viera had had her rooms and the artifacts he had left behind so long ago were kept he looks around slowly. Smiling and walking over to the silver cup that had been left behind very early in the time he had come to the breakopen he looks it over before tasting the water inside and feeling the surge of energy inside him. The use of it had been kept by Viera for only the strongest or smartest to continue on their line and make more like them and maybe even better.

Setting the cup down and looking around at the rest of the room he stands in front of the slightly worn stone the Guran language sat along with the way to take slaves that had been scratched out many decades ago by Viera herself when she had decided that slave taking and keeping was not something they needed. The Dragon was miffed at her for that since he was sure they would need it in the future in some way but he also knew that it was an important part of her life and self to hate these kinds of things and he wasn't that mad at her. Turning away and walking to a window Ar'Guran falls out of it and drops through the air before unfurling his wings and catching himself on the wind, flapping hard to get back into the sky and look down at the hustle and bustle of the fortress below.

Watching it and smiling to himself he can feel a sense of accomplishment as he slowly flaps to keep himself in place. With each flap a small piece of himself changes until finally he is back in his normal body and those below are watching him high above. The stop of work reminds him that even thought he is back these mortals are not as used as the previous ones yet in seeing a god. Turning and slowly flying out of the eyesight of the mortals below Ar'Guran looks down at the forest below and smiles slightly to himself as he does.

Getting to one spot where he can feel a few tunnels under the forest Ar'Guran drops down and slams into the forest floor making it shake and the tunnels below give a dusting to the floor. Walking around and looking at the trees and animals that had stayed around even after the mini earthquake he had caused. Shrinking himself down so he could walk the forest floor easier the Dragon makes a large circle in the forest before stopping back where he had been and looking down at the ground hard. It seemed like a good spot to him but even if he felt it was the half formed idea he had was still rolling around in his mind and he wanted to put it together before he tried anything, again.

Walking through the forest and making his way almost to the center of circle he had walked he finds a small outcropping of rock surrounded by trees while still being separated by several dozen feet. Walking up onto the rocks and looking them over slowly Ar'Guran raises his paw and slams it into the rocks crushing and stamping it down till a hard packed stone floor sits in the middle of the forest. Standing in the middle and raising his face to the sky he gathers the energy from his middle and also from the two other points connected to himself before roaring out. The roar a physical thing as it rips through the forest in a wide arch.

Leilani- 20/30 2MP-Yggdrasil

Leilani was pleased with the new bird plant creatures she had created. Having these under her disposal would make protecting Yggdrasil easier in the air and on land, if Yggdrasil was ever able to land again. Leilani felt things were good for Yggdrasil for now. Yet something seemed to be missing. Leilani walked around until she realized what it was. She had stopped near the statues of Arora, herself, and Nissa. There should be a statue of Taumel. Why isn't there one here?

It felt like so long ago since the encounter they had before Yggdrasil was even founded. She was just important as all these other statues that were in Yggdrasil. "Probably should get a statue for Taumel. Though it is like 200 years late. Should go see how she's doing and how she would want it." With that, Leilani teleported to the Lucent Reef, what she remembered to be Taumel's place of residence.

Leilani- 20/30 2MP-Lucent Reef
Taumel - 17/30 Ap, 2mp - The Lucent Reef

Esther jumped again when another figure appeared in front of her. Was her power to act as some sort of beacon for all the others with power to teleport too!? No, that was silly, but this was an opportunity to test her powers.

"Greetings, oh green one." Esther said. "What brings you to my domain?"

Leilani was a bit surprised to see that Taumel had changed so much. "I had no clue you had changed so much since last time we met. Then again, Thumero did to, so maybe that's the norm? Anyways, I was wondering how you wanted your statue to look like back at Yggdrasil. It has been so long since I last saw you, that you might have a different appearance. It seems I was right to come here to check. It'll be next to the other statues I have in Yggdrasil."

Esther hadn't expected whoever this individual was to actually mistake her for someone else. Maybe Taumel had done a too good job at making them look similar to each other.

"How about you remind me of who you are?" Esther asked. "My memory has changed over all this time."

Leilani was taken aback. "How could you forget me? I'm Leilani, one of your fellow gods. We had snu snu so many years ago, before Yggdrasil was founded. I thought that would be something you wouldn't forget, though maybe time has been unkind for you."

Esther was just as surprised as this Leilani was when she said that she had had snu snu with Taumel. She had thought her friend was above such physical pleasures.

"Time has been unkind to me indeed, if I've forgotten such an experience with someone as pleasing to the eye as you." Esther sighed, thinking of an idea to find out more of Taumel's secret, so that she could at least tease her with it if nothing else. "I'd like to hear more, maybe that will jog my memory. Was I any good? Any details you remember?"

"You must have really lost your memory haven't you? Of course you were good. You were amazing. Not even the current person I'm with is as good as you. She does come close though."

Esther's jaw dropped as Leilani told her Taumel had been great in bed, so amazing that she would talk badly about whoever she was with now. She realized she had somehow gotten secrets to use against both goddesses now, without trying all that hard.

"So would you rather be with me again than whoever this other person is?" Esther asked, smiling and batting her eyelashes. "Am I more beautiful too?"

It took a while for Leilani to answer. "Well there is no doubt you are very beautiful, especially compared to before, but I'm pretty invested with who I'm seeing now. Though maybe could do something with the three of us? But onto more important matters, what do you want your statue to be like in Yggdrasil?"

"That's a shame." Esther said, and grinned. "I'm not interested then. I guess I'll just hold onto this secret that you think Taumel is better in bed than your current lover. I doubt they'd like to hear that."

"Take care now." She teleported herself somewhere else in the blink of an eye. It was the first time she teleported, but she was glad to see that she could do it at all. Leilani might have beaten her up on the spot otherwise, for blackmailing her.

Leilani was flabbergasted. "Mean to tell me that wasn't Taumel? Well guess I told her some things I shouldn't have. She was kind of cute though. Too bad she didn't want to join since it would have been fun." Leilani smiled after saying this. She then started to look around and find Taumel.

Taumel came walking out of the water, her clothes and fur soaked. She carried a few of the small fishes she meant to turn into mounts for her people with her, so that she could see the result when it happened.

Leilani saw someone coming out of the water. Despite her face looking different, she could tell this was Taumel, due to how the clothes clung to her body, showing off her curves. "Well Hello there Taumel. It's been a while. Look a little different then I remember, but it seems you still have the curves." Leilani smiled.

She sat down in the sand with the fishes, hoping they wouldn't die before she transformed them. "So what do you want, Leilani? I haven't seen or heard from you in a long time. Last time was..." She remembered the message she had gotten with the screwing bunnies, and stopped talking.

"It's about making a statue in honor of you. I have one for me and several other people, but realized I had nothing for you. I felt you of all people should have a statue at Yggdrasil, hence why I came to visit you. I was talking with someone earlier I thought was you, but it turned out wasn't. It could have for all I know since Thumero has changed lots in the 200 year gap."

"Why me?" Taumel asked, smiling as Leilani confessed she had been fooled by someone who looked like her. Esther seemed to be doing great if she had already fooled another prodigy in the short time since she had left her. "What did I do to deserve a statue?"

"Well part of it would be to what happened so many years ago. You also were instrumental in making Yggdrasil as it is now. Also just want another statue so they are even. Have one of me, nissa, my demi, and Arora. They haven't worshipped them as much as they did 200 years ago, but since I've returned they have started to go to them more often. It would be nice to see you are praised elsewhere wouldn't it?"

"I don't like being recognized as it is." Taumel said, shying away, but she figured if it was in their culture to worship those who had helped create their home then she shouldn't deny them that. "I wouldn't want any statue to resemble me too much. I want my values praised and worshipped, not who I am."

"Well then it's good I came to see how you wanted the statue to be, or it wouldn't have been to your liking. You can make it whatever you want it to be. It won't matter to me. I could also help you with anything you need as well."

"Oh." She smiled, brightening up. "It's good to hear my wishes are respected to such a high degree by some."

Taumel went silent for a long while as she thought about what would work as a symbol for her. Her gaze strayed over the area, until she saw a few of the krakes and realized that an octopus might be the best symbol.

"I'd like it to look like this." Taumel summoned a hologram of what she had in mind.

"I'd also appreciate it if you helped me with these mounts. I'm not good at affecting nature." She held up the tiny fishes so that Leilani could see them.

"Thank you, I appreciate it." Taumel said. "I'll give you some of my power for you to create this statue."

She formed a large drop of water, that crystallized and floated in front of Leilani until she took it. It was a shining gemstone when finished.

"It'll break if it's used for anything else than this, but it should give the mortals near the statue some benefits."

"Thank you for helping me with this statue. It will be a great statue when it's done. I'll help with your fish mounts as well." Leilani channeled some of her power into the fish.

Arora and Gi'zeal?s demigods- 24Ap 2MP ?The City of Gi?zeal

Henrietta smiled at the two lords of the Mu sitting across the table from her, the sun shone down on the al fresco arrangement in the luxurious gardens maintained behind her estate, The naturally fertile and beautiful land of the Rise meant that even this tiny scrap of greenery surrounded by artifice was lush with carefully maintained life. Bellow them the rise overlooked the bustling harbour, many ships still sailing out to marvel at the arrival of the volcanic titan.
Her staff kept a steady flow of all of The Lord Protector Sraker?s most favourite foods and wines flowing, while Henrietta kept up a happy and celebratory tone with him while trying not to radiate smugness at the book laid out across the table before them, which she had just asked the Tribune to pour through her various accolades.

?Take a look you?ll see it?s far more than financial gains that I?ve brought to the this city and the Mu,
While they might not rival the centuries of blessings and prosperity you have brought to this land Lord Protector or the unsung accomplishments of those to have held the Mucronomicon, I would be honoured to see my new position officially recognised. Political orders get stale to the public, with your endorsement to step up as a new face as a lady of this this city and of the Mu I could add my own abilities to your own for the betterment and growth of this land?

Sraker nodded genially, setting aside a stripped buffalo rib as he chewed a mouthful of succulent meat.
"Yo' 'bilithies, yeff." he managed thickly, swallowing with a satisfied smack of the lips. "Successful business woman, accomplished social climber, excellent speaker... Demi-god."
The Lord Protector grinned.
"Let's not kid ourselves; to get in at our level as it is, one needs a certain degree of divinity. Even Katya has her magic book."
The Tribune gave her colleague an unamused glare before burrying herself once more in the 'magic book'.

Henrietta Smiled "Thank you Lord protector, and while I will admit to my divinity, I might claim to be on your level in that respect. But I must also say I am ashamed of it's origin."
she paused here, knowing this would be just where Gi'zeal would like to appear to interrupt them.
After a moment it seemed he was not so inclined.
"You are lucky to have gained yours from a goddess who wants nothing but the best for this land. I on the other hand must take every step to get away from the self-obsessed god who gave me mine."
Well if that spur didn't call him out to defined his murky name it was clear he wasn't listening nearby. Reassured Henrietta continued on waving to a servant to have more wine for her gourd
"I'd like to think it's in this pull away from the predetermined orders and paths the old gods that I make my name and it would be a new aspect I bring to the leadership of the Mu"

"Huh." Sraker grunted, intrigued. He held up his own gourd for the servant to refill as well. "You claim no loyalty to your city's namesake. My godmother would be pleased to hear that."
He took a swig.
"Anyway... Judging by what you and the Mucronomicon have divulged so far, I would say that you're certainly in the running for a Ladyship. Your capability cannot be doubted, your intentions appear sound... Am I missing anything, Lady Tribune?"
Katya gave Henrietta a sidelong glance before turning to Sraker.
"In terms of credibility, I agree that we've seen more than enough." she began, pointedly closing her book. "But I don't think that's where the important issue lies. What we should be asking, is whether or not it's actually appropriate to name a new position among the Lords, much less a new position held by an immortal. You two must remember why there are two titles in the first place, right? Balance; one immortal to keep perspective and protect, and one mortal to prevent stagnation and write relevant policy. Where would Ms Cicera fit in all that?"
She looked back at Henrietta, avoiding eye contact.
"Meaning no disrespect, of course."

Henrietta likewise continued speaking to Sraker avoiding the little bookworm "I think your position has been held admirably lord protector, but that of your counterpart. I am sorry to say but it seems to have fallen to the entropy it tries to prevent, Policy across the Mu might be one thing but we've got to look outwards, the world awaits us."
With sweeping motions with her gourd she indicated the bay and all that beyond it
"From my position atop the hub of our trade and our gateway to that world I would act a liaison to those beyond our borders, bringing the Mu to the world and new peoples into our ways"
finally actually speaking to the tribune she adds
"There's one feature I do admire about your office, it's inbuilt revolution. I would hate to become unchanging fixture due to the circumstances of my immortality. At the end of a natural lifespan of a mutar you may see fit to remove me or replace me to make sure that does not happen. I'm sure there would be good for me to do elsewhere by then."

Katya's ears pricked up, suspicious.
"You would be happy with a title that can be stripped away at our discretion?"
To her side Sraker could be seen rolling his eyes.
The bickering between these two... he thought.

Henretita smiled at the tribune's concern "oh yes, If it were assured to me for a reasonable period of time I would demand it, I would hate for my future self to become complacent or stagnant in her power. Of course she might no be so happy about it when the day comes but she would only have me to blame"

The Lord and Lady sat in silence for a moment. With a grind of chair legs on garden floor, Sraker got to his feet.
"Shall we confer?" he asked Katya. She nodded, rising and heading for the door.
"Excuse us just a moment." he asked their host as he too left the room, closing the door gently behind him.

As soon as she heard the latch click, Katya began an intense tirade of whispers.
"You don't honestly believe any of that schmoozery, do you? 'Not loyal to Gi'zeal'... That woman's been in his pocket since the day she learned to count! No way she can just back off after being deified."
"And what would you know about it?" Sraker sneered. "You're not the demi-god here; I am!"
"Oh and that makes you able to understand her, does it? I don't think so."
"What exactly are you saying? That she shouldn't get the Ladyship?"
"What are you saying, that she should?"
"As a matter of fact, I am. We need an ambassador."
"Then why not just make her an ambassador? Why does she need a 'Lady' in front of the title?"
"Does it even matter?"
"Of course it matters!"
"To you, maybe."
"To Arora as well!"
"My godmother said that we may decide this for ourselves."
"Yes; we, not you. We need to come to an agreement, and that isn't happening until you give me an argument that isn't 'Hurrdurr, pretty lady give me wine'..."
"...You can be insufferable sometimes, you know."
"Thanks; I try."

A few minutes later, the door opened.
"Henrietta Cicera..." Sraker began, smiling a smug smile. "I am pleased to announce that, in light of your services to the land, you have been granted a Mucron Ladyship."
"Congratulations." Katya said, giving an admirable attempt at a smile.

With a slight bow to both of them Henreita said "I am honoured, Thank you for your support lord protector, it always means so much" Then taking on a kind tone to Katya "I'm glad for yours as well, I very much hope you don't regret your decision. I have something as a token of my appreciation, the obsessed god has promised me some of his power for a blessing on this city, I'm sure it would rub him exactly the wrong way if I let you abuse it"

"let's put past differences behind us" Said Henretia with while thinking Because you don't outrank me anymore you up tight little busybody the divine power of diplomacy all that was stopping her face curling into a superior smirk.
Katya nodded.
"I would like that very much." she said.
The meeting was finished over smoke as Henreita jokingly asked Sraker about the perils of office and laid out the details of her spell for Katya to tweak

Arora - 16/30 AP, 2 MP - Isla Maranga'nawe, 212

"...But then he was all like 'Kat, the competition you had with this woman clouds your judgement, blah blah blah-dee blah'. And I thought 'you know, he's not wrong', and that really put a dampener on my convictions."
Katya plucked another piece of driftwood from the pile she had gathered next to her, hurling it into the air and out over the waves of the island's black beach. Daisy, who had been sitting patiently on the sand in front of her, gave an eager chirp as she took off in pursuit, wheeling through the air to catch the scrumptious morsel. The Mutar smiled at the sight, returning to her spiel.
"Long story short I ended up accepting his point of view. I mean, I could always see where he was coming from. The people of the Mu would benefit from an ambassador, but why did it have to be her?! Between her ruthless ambition, her sponsorship from Gi'zeal, and her vendetta against me, I would have thought that makes her the worst person to give a Ladyship!"
Next to where Katya sat cross legged Arora lay basking in the sun, white silks replaced by a newly conjured bikini and sunglasses. Presently she sat up, frowning thoughtfully.
"Those are certainly valid concerns." The goddess agreed. "Henrietta is at least well versed in the art of diplomacy, correct?"
"Oh yeah, definitely. She'll do very well at the actual job part of her new job." Katya gave an ironic chuckle. "I guess in a way she is both the best AND worst person for the job. Which is why Sraker and I argued. He saw the best, I saw the worst."
"Huh... Sounds to me like you two are starting to work as a team."
The two of them laughed.
"Ooh, I wish..." Katya said, both mirthful and anxious. "In fact, where did our Lord Protector go? I haven't seen him since the meeting."
Arora sighed, speaking with exaggerated exasperation.
"He's in the volcano, playing with his new toy. Wanted some help with a 'project'."
"Oooooh... Curious. What kind of project?"
"Oh I don't even want to know, Kat; I just gave him some power and said 'darling do what you like, just so long as whatever happens in the volcano stays in the volcano'!"
Katya erupted into giggles once more.
"He does act a bit weird around that thing, doesn't he?"

The burning lava's surface contorted, formless mass displaced by the passage of a leviathan's arched fin. Submerged within its pool Flolem became a near paradoxical entity, being at once both the swimmer and the fluid it swam through.
Sraker recognised, observing from the side, that the beast never actually needed to act the way it did when unoccupied. Mimicking the behaviour of sea creatures in their marine environments seemed to be entirely its choice, a conscious effort of whatever it was that existed within the crystal core.
An artist. the demi-god thought. That is what I have created.
"Arise." he commanded, and the golem obeyed. Formless neon ooz drew together from all across the pool, growing upwards from the pit like a freakishly fast-forming stalagmite until it began to bulge outward at the peak. Eyes ignited amidst the upper half of this hourglass figure, staring down its creator.
Rumbling reverberated through the volcanic shaft.
"You need not hold your silence so." Sraker encouraged. "Come, say something."
The radiant, completely wordless stare persisted. Their focus followed Sraker as he paced back and forth along the stone bank. The demi-god chuckled.
"Not easily cowed. I can respect that." Another pause, more pacing. He posed a question to the titan;
"Do you know what you are?"
A gurgling boiled up within it.
"Iiiiiiiiii aaaamm the eeeeeeaaaaaarrrttthhh..." it said, guttural words flowing over each other syllable by methodical syllable, each one like a bubble rising up from deep within the body of molten rock.
"Well, you're not wrong." Sraker admitted, feeling inwardly satisfied now that the golem was talking. "But do you want to know what I think you are? An artist. Not just a creation, but a creator."
Flolem had nothing to say to this, it seemed. A question had worked last time, so he tried that again.
"Do you know what art is?" he asked.
A grumbling resounded from Flolem, but no answer
Sraker lifted the folds of his tunic, revealing a pocket from which he drew a wooden hemisphere. It was the egg Daisy had laid.
"Would you like me to show you what I think art is?" he asked the golem, a grin flashing from within the shade of his embroidered straw hat. He drops the egg into the lava.
"Come, let us create something..."

11 DC: create a non-sentient species larger than an elephant using +4 Love (helping godson), +2 Wisdom (the Chi force in Flolem), +2 Courage (an attribute of the creation), and +2 Earth (creatures of lava). They will be called Rockroaches, and will have a variety of forms due both to Flolem's amorphous nature and their metamorphic life-cycle.

The stage of a roach's life just after being created. In this form it is, like Flolem, completely amorphic, being composed of an amalgam of psionic magma and semi-synthesised organic molecules (the means of producing the latter were originally provided by the wooden dragon egg). Provided with enough lava they may reach enormous sizes; not bigger than a whale, but certainly bigger than an elephant. Also like Flolem, larvae cannot survive for long outside of molten rock. Until they are ready to undergo metamorphosis they must remain in lava, though that doesn't necessarily restrict them to nothing but their hive volcano.

When a larva has reached a certain age, it will become able to enter the pupal stage. It encases itself in a gem-encrusted cocoon on the edge of their lava pit for a few days, during which organic molecules will form to gradually replace the psionic silicon body. From this crystal chrysalis, two possible creatures may emerge; workers or fireflies. The key differences between the two are as follows; fireflies can only grow to sizes less than an elephant, while workers may grow much larger; fireflies have powerful insect wings that grant them the ability to fly and hover, while workers are flightless amphibians (yes, amphibians, they can survive underwater); fireflies can breathe fire and have jaws designed for combat, while workers cannot breathe fire and have jaws better suited to more menial tasks. They are similar in that neither can survive for long in lava, nor can they change shape at will, as their bodies become fixed during the pupal stage.

While Flolem exists, it (or she, I guess) will be queen. However she is capable of producing queen larvae. Like Flolem, a 'hive' volcano is required for this queen to live in and reproduce. Unlike Flolem, this queen will not have basic sentience and will not be immortal, needing instead to produce queen offspring to take her place each generation. Looks the same as Flolem too.

"Say, what are these things?" Katya asks, carefully removing Arora's sunglasses from her face. She doesn't protest, her revealed silver eyes flitting over to Katya to see what she'll do with the new acquisition.
"Have you mortals invented glasses yet?" she asked. The Mutar nodded.
"I've seen them around. Old rich people wear them to improve their vision."
"Well, these glasses are a special type called 'sunglasses'. Instead of improving bad eyesight, they are used to reduce glare from things that are otherwise too bright to look at."
"Ooooooooh..."
Katya slid the glasses onto her face, gaping with amazement.
"Wooooah this is weird! Hey, now I can totally look at the su- OW!"
"They won't protect you from anything that bright." Arora laughed. "Keep that pair, I'll just conjure a new set."
It was from this interesting accessory that the Lady Tribune then came up with a good modification to Lady Henrietta's enchantment. She giggled to herself at the thought...

Assist Gi'zeal's enchantment with +2 Thuth. Make it so that for as long as the enchantment lasts, the City of Gi'zeal will be a birthplace for stange new fashions and sub-cultures. The citizens will be inclined to wear the most bizarre types of clothing, particularly hats. Houses will be built with the strangest architecture. Foreigners visiting the City will think its denizens weird, but will nevertheless leave with a vast array of purchases that they'll never use in their homeland simply because it's just too out there.

Gi'zeal- 24Ap 2MP ?Lumir Desert

The Lumir Desert

A wasteland devoid of significant life beyond scattered oases and raider enclaves.
Bordered by the lands of the river mu, and a line of peaks that loom tall on the horizon, any fortunate rainfall tends to be lost to its fertile neighbors.
there is little reason to cross this inhospitable place, few have tried and none have succeeded.

The emissary floated over the unfortunate scene, Kadai was the first over the rail skimming down the rope onto the soft sands. In the shadow of the vessel he could still see the remains of his caravan, the few that were still capable had huddled into tents thrown together out of collapsed chariots or fallen beasts.
It was clear that even the short journey the flying ship had taken to reach here had been far too long, the best of his men had been dying when he had been taken. The Diplomat?s mission was noble and optimistic to a fault, or perhaps she had wanted him to face his past mistakes.
Nonetheless he rushed to the sand covered shelters
In the first he found nothing but the dead, their bodies not even picked clean for carrion.
the second only a Kiash who begged for the same thirst mad and legs gone to rot, Kadai was about to reach for his dagger when he recalled that there were coven members aboard the ship, he left the Kaish to their care hoping they would know what to do.
The third tent brought Kadai to tears. A Mutar with a round face and tall thin pointed ears lay a thick trickle of blood running from his cracked lips.
?Sabian? what Kadai had intended as a distressed call, had become a whisper when he had seen the Mutar was not breathing.
Kadai grabbed the fallen figure?s hand both checking for a pulse and to have it close to him.
?Sabian, I?m so sorry? he?d known that all, even his most capable and cared for, had likely been lost to the desert. It did not reduce the sudden feeling of loss seeing someone so dear to him brought down by it.
?I?ll bring you home; it?s more than the so-called gods did. They could have rescued all of us, but they just took me.?
Sabian had been his companion since before the eye, they had told each other that they would be together as they travelled to all the lands of the mu, when the known world had become too small for them they had promised they would see worlds no mortal had seen before, and when even with the eye things had looked hopeless Kadai had promised Sabian they would see home again.
As he began to carry Sabian away he saw the crew clustered near the entrance to the tent, his crew.
His voice still hoarse he gave the order
?Take them all, even the bodies. We?ll bring each and every one of them back to their home on the Mu?

Several hours later Kadai stood on the deck of the Emissary as it shimmered and hummed retuning to the glorious city of Gi'zeal.
He had lost a lot but he had also gained more than he could ever have hoped, with this ship and the eye he could see lands beyond his wildest dreams, and bring their lost and hopeless back to a new home and hope in the great lands of the Mu.

Following this turn the emissary will be arriving in a different city each turn.
This order is based on rough maps we have so far.
- Zheler
- Yggdrasil
-Smoking Jungle
-Genesis
-Guran
- Dusk City
- Moondira Castle
(by this point I will likely be out of turn)

Gi'zeal- 20Ap 2MP ?The City of Gi?zeal

The emissary hovered over the city square, in its shadow Coven members gently brought down the dead and dying.
On its deck was a far more triumphant scene, Gi'zeal stood at the back hidden behind the returned explorer and rescuer and The newly minted Lady of The Mu.
The two champions of the city stood their arms raised as the crowd cheered them on, they said words of thanks and blessings and hope for the future.
Then with the eye in Kadia?s hand and the thoughts of the crowd in Henreita they began to shape the blessing over the entire city.
Even though he knew this was in his favour Gi'zeal could not repress a sigh, the woman had bargained this out of him. To use his power as her own, this was not how agents were supposed to work, but he had got something in return and helping the city in the end helped him.

Difficulty: 11 - 4 AP Enchant a Large City-
+6 need +2 diplomacy +2Civilization
Enchant all areas within the bounds of The City of Gi'zeal to benefit the city and those that live within it.

-While within the city mortals will be filled with a specific sense of hope of:

So long as I am within this city, tomorrow shall be better than today

-The connection between citizens and the city shall become a force of protection, the love of the people shall protect the structures and lands and the strength of the structures and lands shall protect the people.
(effectively this means that someone strongly connected to the city could become as solid as a house, However should enough damage be done to overcome this, destroying structures would kill citizens and vice versa.
i.e to raze the city you would also obliterate it?s population)

-(added by katya) -so that for as long as the enchantment lasts, the City of Gi'zeal will be a birthplace for stange new fashions and sub-cultures.

Gi'zeal

With the enchantment around the city, the City of Gi'zeal became a much more lively place. The people were happy with the city they lived in, and in turn, protected it. The city also became a hub for strange and unusual fashion. People who flock to see it, even took stuff back with them, but never actually used it.

Ar'Guran

The enchantment Ar'Guran put on the forest made everything inside it more dangerous. The plants and water became like thick, black ooze and the animals giant versions of their normal appearances. The forest was now like a deathtrap for anyone who wanted to enter.

Arora

The egg slowly kept sinking into the lava. Eventually the egg disappeared and it appeared as if nothing had happened. Then several lava like creatures came out from the lava. Sraker succeeded in making his rockroaches. He was overjoyed at his new creation.

Venari

Venari attempted to create a tree that could survive and adapt to the hardiness of the artic, but to no avail.

Taumel

With Leilani's help, Taumel changed the fish into a creature that could be used as a mount for menial work and as a force for battle. The Maris would make life much easier for Taumel's people.

Leilani

When Leilani teleported back to Yggdrasil, she took the gemstone Taumel made for her. She stood next to Nissa's statue and threw the gemstone at the ground. The moment she did this, water burst from the crystal, the octopus statue appearing next to Nissa's statue. The feyeath were intrigued by this new statue, admiring the beauty. They then started to worship the statue, as if it had always been there

Era

Era changed the physiology of Miranna when making her into a demigod. Ice was coursing through her veins, her heart beating the acidic, crystalline blood to her body. Her hair also became white as snow and her eyes glowed a fluorescent blue, similar to that of the ice in Moondira.

Oswald

Oswald channeled his power into this small creature. Due to Oswald's hunger, his power had a drastic effect on the creature. It took the power Oswald gave it, growing much bigger in size. It was black all around, except for its eyes and mouth, which were bright red. Much like Oswald in his current state, all this creature cared about was to feed its insatiable hunger.

Bolt then put Mrs.Flower and asked ?Ok, Mrs.Flower want do you want to tal..? Before Bolt could finish His sentence Mrs.Flower yelled ?Fuck you you jackass. where the hell have you been??

Bolt look at her in a worried voice. ?Um I don?t know what happen to me one moment I was awake and the next..? suddenly someone walked in ?Bolt can I have a word with you it?s very important? Bolt breathe a sigh of relief and said ?What is it.?

The guy said ?Trading with the darkspawn will not be enough to set off the balance for cutting off are last trade spot. we need to find another trade route or we are fuck?

The everyone went quiet even Mrs.Flower as fear came to their eyes

Bolt asked ?um what?

Mrs.Flower said ?The reef?

Bolt looked around and said ?what wrong with the reef?

The guy said ?that is the most feared place on this planet, even the darkspawn fear them. they have plundered everywhere they go and anyone who's tried to reason with them has mat a horrible end?

?Anyone else I can trade with? Bolt ask

?No, If you want to not touch the slave trade? the guy said

Bolt said ?ok then guess I?m off? Bolt then turn to Mrs.Flower and said ?I?ll talk about it when I get back I promise.

Mrs.Flower turn around and said ?You always have to be somewhere? before walking away.

?I will make it up to you? Bolt said before disappearing in a bolt of light.

???-Thucho'Iro Heights (Fanged hill)

The guy who Bolt was talking to walked into his room where a Thaloc was waiting

?How could thing go to shit so fast? a Thaloc said

?Shut up it will be fine? The guy said who?s name was klaw

?Fine! you do realize that giant monster Fucked us over, you may be fine But my people lost a valuable trade route, we spent 30 years manipulating Caesar all for nothing. ?

Klaw then hit the wall beside the Thaloc ?Shut up! this is just a minor setback we can fix this? Klaw then backed up and said ?the Gods disappeared 200 years ago, we can find a way to make them disappear again? Klaw then said ?Did you deal with Caeser??

?Yes, but it cost me one of my best spys? Thaloc said ?You better fix this or I?ll make you paid?

?Don?t worry I can!? as he started to walk out of the room he said ?Who know this may even turn out for the best. if this open up a trade route with the darkspawn and the people of the reef that will help the slave trade once Bolt is gone?

Taumel - 17/30 Ap, 2mp - The Lucent Reef

Taumel was pleased to see the tiny fishes turn into the large mounts she had wanted. She took a brief trip to Yggdrasil as well, to see how the statue was coming along, but the tree city wasn't where she had expected it to be. She found it eventually, and her statue was well received it seemed.

However, the fact that Yggdrasil had moved meant there was no divine powers in the way for the two united city states her people called their home. They should be able to conquer a considerable part of this side of the world without much issue.

Little time was wasted to put this plan into motion. Taumel called for a private council a week later, but first she had to talk with the different leaders separately. The Banshee was ordered to summon a fleet that could wipe out any resistance. The Dead Mother agreed to let a number of the Black Hand and the Black Monks travel with them. They would be efficient scouts, but also great at keeping order and gathering information. The Kaiser inspired the people with a moving speech that would make them want to travel to new homes and help expand their growing empire. A fourth leader among the Krakes made herself known before the council, claiming she would be the best pick for leading this expedition.

The first council of Zheler consisted of five individuals. Taumel, ever the guide for her people, Esther, representing the Dead Mother who would not show up in person, The Banshee, leader of the Ghost Division, now officially a commander and admiral, Kaiser Ava II, representing the people of the reef, and Reuental, the Krake who wanted to lead the forces and the expansion.

Taumel was the one chosen to moderate the meeting, and make sure the discussion was civil and relevant. They briefly touched upon other topics than the reason they were there to begin with, like the pirates, potential trade, opinions of other nations and opinion of the people.

Once they began to discuss a possible expansion it seemed that they were all in favour, even if there were concerns to be taken into consideration. What would they do with the people currently living in those areas? What if they needed their fleet to be at home? Who would lead the expansion?

The questions were many, and the meeting of the first council of Zheler went on for hours beneath the peaceful surface of the reef. In the end, it was decided that The Banshee and Reuental would lead the expansion. Reuental was expandable and the most competent, as she had pointed out herself. She was the strongest psychic, and an intelligent woman. The Banshee would lead the fleet, as no one could inspire fear and courage like her. Besides, she had been leading the Ghost Division for a century or more by now.

Esther would return to Shipwreck to lead the pirates when The Banshee could not, after she had reported to the Dead Mother what had happened in the meeting. Her memory of the discussion would hopefully please the Black Hand. The Dead Mother would send a number of her people both with the expansion fleet and with Esther back to Shipwreck.

The Kaiser and Taumel had been at ends during the council. The Kaiser wanted to openly welcome anyone who surrendered to them. Taumel was cold at the idea of thousands dying. She didn't care much what happened to anyone who wasn't on her side. There had been no decision either way in the matter, rather they decided to leave it up to The Banshee and Reuental to do what they thought best in the situations that would arise.

On the day of departure, Taumel saw more black sails on the horizon than she had ever seen before. The Banshee rarely gathered so many of her followers in one attack formation. When she had brought the loot back to the reef, she had brought almost as many ships, but less people.

There was a lot of sad faces. However, overall the mood and morale was high. The individuals that were leaving were doing so to serve their nation. It was a bittersweet goodbye to the reef they had grown up in.

Taumel made sure to make herself seen. Esther didn't stray far from her side that day. They both knew they would part ways soon, even if they met in the dream realm. She had told the whole council that the only thing they needed to do for Taumel to show up was to pray to her, but she asked they not abuse such a call for help.

Kaiser Ava II held another speech, and so did Reuental. Once all was said and done, the main force left the Lucent Reef behind, sailing south-west with the intention to conquer the whole area between the reef and the swamp. Fifty-thousand warriors, the majority of the force consisting of native reefers followed by the Ghost Division. There were many Krakes as well, more Krakes than had ever left the reef at any time before. They brought a huge amount of Maris with them as well, to serve as mounts and work horses.

Esther sailed with one ship back to Shipwreck later the same day. Taumel was pleased, both with getting Esther a real position of power and setting such a large scale plan into motion. She hoped that she would receive reports of real progress from Reuental soon.

Gi'zeal- 20Ap 2MP ? The Lucent Reef

Al Kadai watched the deep blue waves rush far below the Emissary, for the first time in months through both eyes, one silted and bright yellow, the other deep blue and aquatic the flesh around it already slightly scaly. He griped the rail exhilarated the magical ship unimpeded by the wind that rushed against it, A golden city visible to only him seen beyond the waves of the sundered sea on the horizon.

?Captain!? yelled Robin the older fey at the wheel, Kadai was no great sailor. He knew how to lead and was a captain in command. It was his drive that powered the ship, but she was more skilled as a pilot.
Her voice was tensed with fear.
?up ahead!?

The golden city obscuring his vision he pulled the eye from his head, to see what was truly on the horizon.
?By the Gods?
Line after line of ships were making their way to the west perpendicular to the Emissary
Black sails on Black sails, more ships than he had ever seen before in one place, pirates and outfitted for war. A cold fear crept up his neck, they had avoided shipwreck to dodge the pirate threat and here was a literal fleet of them.
Steadying himself he told Robin firmly
?Keep our distance, but remain on course. They aren?t coming for us, if the becoming even slightly threatening we return to Crystal Landing, don?t take any chances, even if this were a warship we wouldn?t last seconds against that, but we can outrun them?
Reassured but tense the crew gathered to the rail to watch the fleet progress past along the horizon, there was a collective sigh of relief when it finally disappeared from view.
But Kadai remained concerned; the massive pirate fleet had been leaving the city that was their destination.
He feared to arriving to find mostly corpses again.

Gi'zeal- 20Ap 2MP ? Zheler

Their arrival seemed to be nothing of the sort, a small settlement could be seen on the shores completely untouched, and although a few black sails moved in and out of the bay they seemed to do so peacefully.
The architecture was advanced favoring the sea, however the settlement was by no means the most impressive sight.
When someone had first spotted it the crew had rushed over to the rails to look down through the waves at the small buildings beneath the waves, soon it became apparent that these were only the outskirts.
Soon even the ambassadors sent by Henrieta herself were staring in awe down at the underwater city, tall buildings reaching upwards yet still fathoms beneath them. Figures swam up and down three dimensional avenues, fish beasts carried goods to the homes of tentacled traders.
Kadai said to Robin in wonder
?I just, everyone knows Krakes live underwater? but I never thought?
She seconded his amazement
?It?s just so big. It?s a shame?
He looked at her suddenly fallen face
?what is??

?such an amazing place, none of us will be able to go?

He pointed to a Feyeath deeper than any amount of air would allow, murky by the distance
?They seem to manage?

?I suspect some sort of magic is involved?

?I agree, It?s clear a god has been active here at some point in the past. We?ll meet with the people of this place, see if it?s possible to get a tour without gills?

After lingering over the view of the city the Emissary came to halt over the port to the land settlement, Kadia and several ambassadors came down seeking out whoever lived in this underwater city.

Meanwhile a collection of the rougher more mercenary members of the crew were led by a sultry ship?s-hand, who none had actually seen board the vessel, to a nearby tavern.
One strangely located in the midst of a thick garden of trees on a small island where drakes frequently flew over.
The large establishment seemed to have come from great, its name clearly shown on a colorful sign showing an intellectual fey writing a long notes with one hand while simultaneously emphatically orating to a room, clearly drunk beyond the ability to stand.
The Philosopher?s virtue
Seemed to have fallen on hard times with little to no patrons, the group of new arrivals the only ones on the way to the place that evening.
Nonetheless they were greeted by a small collection of Fey and Krakes already inside as they passed through the door inscribed with the words
Quem ego bibo ergo sum
?I Drink therefore I am?

Besides a pair of fishermen most of the patrons wore adorned not only with paint but with shells, jewels and small flecks of gold or silver.
Leaving the crew to their drinking the Ship?s-hand marched up to the most heavily decorated one of them a krake whose entire face was ringed by silver ornaments hanging off her tentacles and asked directly.
?I?d like to see the writings on the tree?

Gi'zeal- 20Ap 2MP ? Zheler
Once she was aware Gi'zeal was in the know of the secrets of the decorated on the reef she let him know of their history.
At first things had been good, Philosophers were big drinkers and always willing to buy new and strange inventions that the Decorated were able to produce.
However as the generations passed so did their ability to create, and their usefulness became lesser and lesser marketing only secrets and opiates,
As the society of the reef flowed underwater they became marginalized the Fey unable to enter the city proper more and more Krakes filled their ranks.
Traditions and power structures were lost by now only the line of Ada were the only Fey in the organization, which dealt in just two things.
High quality beverages for those who could not live under the waves, mostly pirates and travelers, and the secret of taming the drakes using decoration and hordes, they had the greedy creatures collect them riches from the flotsam and jetsam of the reef, which they sold on at 100% profit.
However they lost a large amount of business to wild drakes claiming the same goods.
Gi'zeal felt ashamed for this once so exploitative organization was being outcompeted by creatures with the intelligence of a dog.
but this was an opportunity
?Get people to kill the wild drakes for you? She said shaping a large engraving board and chalk above the bard

The decorated Krake looked at the magically produced objects ?We place a reward??

?Exactly, you?ll make up the cost in extra treasure, and it won?t even need to be too large as the slayer will be get to claim the drake?s hoard?

?They would need somewhere to sell the things they found we could facilitate them bringing in treasures, hell We could place a higher one for bringing in drakes alive for our own use?

?This doesn?t need to just be about the drakes?

?no??

?Are there other creatures that people would pay to have removed?

?of course the reef still has predators and pests?

?Then charge a nominal fee for people placing bounties on the with their own reward, and perhaps a ranking system in your organization. The service will help everyone. Especially you. Maybe even get you in good with the Kasier again.?

The Krake hung the board up over the bar writing clearly above it
?Hunter's guild?
Then asked
?but how do we get started?

Gi'zeal turned squarely facing the room full of sky-sailors she had brought
?hey boys, who?s good with a sword and wants to make a quick buck?

Within a few hours a half dozen drake heads had ben thrown down on the bar by proud looking men, with hunting parties rushing about spreading word through town of the rewards you could get or place at the Philosophers virtue adventurers guild.

Henrietta ? The city of Gi?zeal

Already the prayers to her and her bank were coming to her ears.
?With this bounty I can finally make the down payment on a ship of my own, please let the bank accept it?

?Please let this real shark?s bounty keep the loan sharks off my back for one more month?

Across the sea Gi'zeal had been busy, but he? or was it she? hadn?t gone far enough.
Already various ?insurance? organizations were placing rewards for captured thieves, and pirates.
She would only need to consolidate them into one place, a single list for people seeking reward for trying to track down criminals.

Soon the Bounty hunter?s guild was operating out of several major Cicera family locations, with rewards for debtors, thieves, smugglers, pirates and killers, backed by the bank of Gi'zeal, paid for by the funds from various ?insured? organizations.
However almost immediately names had appeared on the lists of rather legal individuals that other rather legal individuals wanted death without having to go to the trouble of breaking the law themselves, these names were rapidly moved to a second, rather harder to find list. Who?s exuberant listing prices became a lovely source of income and it was also a good way to keep track of assassins should they ever need to be put on the first list.

Now that the establishments exist I Would like to put a bounty list in the chat so people who have such organizations in their cities can put bounties on certain creatures or characters.
