Pretty much showing that no one can stop LulzSec thus no one is willing to mess with them since The Escapist got it pretty bad from their hacking. Basically, the hackers shut down this website almost all day or so, taunting us on Twitter like it's some game while putting down other companies. The comic shows that no one should mess with them (but I doubt that)

Not alot of people on the net like this site and don't care whether lulzsec hacked it or not, that's what the comic was about.

Well there is a large proportion of people who frequent this site that are unaware of outside opinion of the Escapist.
