There are some people everybody hates and there are some people that are liked by a loud majority but hated by others (Justin Bieber comes to mind).

There are rarely people who are liked by the vast majority of people, two people who come to mind are:

Stephen Fry

The man is quintessentially British, a National treasure. I've never heard of anybody disliking the man. Which is rather ironic because he doesn't see himself as any of these things. Which makes us like him more.

OT: Sir David Attenborough

I can't think of anyone else who has done more to bring the beauty of the natural world into our everyday lives, and his passion and enthusiasm for his work shines through and makes him a very personable chap.

Wanna know something funny? My dad, many, many years ago before he was even married sent a message to David Attenborough complaining about evolution... he responded politely I hear. I know no more than that though, since my Dad probably threw it away knowing him.

Nathan Fillion and Will Smith are both wonderful people.

Sean Connery... beats his wife, if I recall correctly. Or was accused of doing so. Apparently he's a bit of a misognist. So yes, I'm not particularly fond of Sean Connery as a person. As an actor, he's brilliant (and he's still awfuly hot for an old guy) but he's apparently an asshole in real life.

Honestly he's the only one I'm reasonably sure of, but possibly Rowan Atkinson? Not everyone likes Mr Bean, but i have never heard of anyone who has watched yet doesn't like Blackadder.
