Hugh Laurie befored he turned into an American, his over enthusiastic demeanour in Blackadder makes House look completely alien to me.
Jonathan Frakes also did voice-acting for Gargoyles (he voiced David Xanatos), and I think he's another good candidate, as is Marina Sirtis, who voiced Demona, on the same show.Dublin Solo said:

Those are the ones that come to mind for me, but I certainly liked some of the other ones already suggested.
Oh all of these are good! I love Tim Curry. And bonus! He does audiobooks so you really can hear him read for hours on end. And Claudia Black. Love that sultry sound. Cate Blanchett as well, so beautiful. Liam Neeson, Uh mah gawd, that man can talk. Also, I'm pretty sure I continue to watch In Treatment because I think Gabriel Byrne could talk the crazy out of anyone with that voice.
I can't believe I didn't even think of him, or Henry Rollins. I must curse myself, and flagellate, or something. Especially since I actually met Jello Biafra, after one of his 'Become the Media' shows. The man is incredible, and even more phenomenal in a smaller conversational setting.hubertw47 said:
