Simon Templeman and Michael Bell are awesome. And the world of voice acting became a less awesome place when Tony Jay passed from it. Pretty much everyone involved in those games is an awesome voice actor.

How about Kratos from God of War? Personally, the most ridiculously awesome macho voice I ever heard.
And half of the other voices from the same series. Perhaps its the dialog, or the over the top setting, but everyone there just talks awesome.
Samuel L Jackson of course, and Duke Nukem?
And while we're at games, the guy from the intro from Fallout. "War. War never changes." so awesome.
Solid Snake, The Boss (even if she's a woman, her voice is just that great). Raiden in MGS4.
Oh and almost every character Little Kuriboh voices in his YuGiOh! abridged series.

I will go with my Greek and Roman Mythology professor. His voice is a combination of "snooty, high class aristocrat" and something soothing you would hear off a relaxation tape. Plus his use of words makes it seem like he reads a thesaurus in his spare time and refuses to use any words under 3 syllables.
