Off the top of my head...

Mark Hamill as the Joker and Wally Wingert as The Riddler in Batman: Arkham Asylum nailed the roles.

Lance Henriksen and Keith David just have awesome voices, as do Michael Wincott, Ving Rhames, and Michael Clarke Duncan.
