WoW is clearly the defining MMO. Even if something better were to arise, by this point Blizzard's wad has grown so massive that they could beat it to death before it rises. I'm a WoW player myself, and I like it.

For RPG, I think KOTOR or Fallout is a better match then Morrowind.
true, morrowind is just too massive and is a free roam colossus

Kotor has the fuckin story with some decent gameplay on hard, while fallout has that good role play feeling and freedom and decent leveling system imo

OT:

racing: Mario Kart
fighting: Street fighter (any of them, preferrably II or IV)
Action Adventure: OoT
JRPG: Final Fantasy (obviously)
RTS: Starcraft
TBS: Pokemon (wanted to find a category for this)
MMO: WoW obviously
TPS: Socom (I or II)
RPS: Borderlands
MPS(multiplayer shooter):Halo
FPS: CoD Series
Platformer:Crash bandicoot (some of the best damn games i have ever played for the ps1)
TBS=TurnBasedStrategy? That goes to civilization games.
while i dont disagree with you, i just think of TBS, as more of a 1v1 kinda thing, in which pokemon is the first thing that comes to mind on that, while in Civ its more of a massive TBS, i was gonna put that down but thats just how i saw it imo
