I have a small obsession with people who have nice teeth.

I also have OCD; everything has to be symmetric or I'll just ignore it.

I have this too. It gets annoying from time to time, it bugs a couple of people when my jaw randomly clicks after I yawn or eat.

I have flat feet.I have no real arch in my feet. It affects my ability to run or walk quickly for long lengths of time. If I run for longer than about 20 seconds, my feet start to ache and then my shins start to hurt, and then I have trouble walking without pain.

I have got Osteoarthritis (OA for short). It's only in it's really early stages, and has mostly only affected my hands. But because of this, I'm always curling and tensing my fingers to keep them from getting to stiff. If they do, I start to feel pain. And I do this constantly and subconsciously. People usually think I'm really stressed out or stung out, but it's just me.

It has on the other hand led to me starting to tense up all my joints. I've been doing it for a couple of years now, and the fiancée have started to make comments about it.

I had to have chemotherapy for Lymphoma. I was told that when my hair came back it could be a different color/texture but it would probably eventually return to normal. It was originally reddish-blonde, but now my goatee has come in pure white while the rest of my hair has come in really dark, particularly the rest of my facial hair(my 'chops' if you will) which are black. Its extreme enough colors that it really looks dyed.

I've still been trying to decide whether I think it actually looks cool or if I look like a skunk.

When I laugh I sound like a mad scientist. I'm not kidding, it comes completely naturally. Not the "MWUH HA HA!" type thing but more like the demonic cackle.

I have ADHD so I'm always moving around, tapping my feet and can never sit still. I also have eczema on my lips which flares up sometimes and makes me look like Heath Ledger's Joker. I've only had it a year and it really sucks

"now my goatee has come in pure white"

Sounds kinda tight, dude. I'd rock it with pride.

I do have sectoral heterochromia, and I think that sort of counts, right? The left side of my irises are brownish amber (close to the centers it's darker), and the right sides are gray. All of the women on my mom's side seem to have weird eyes. It's pretty neat, but hers are the best; they're split down the middle blue and green in both eyes. I've always been so jealous.
Lucky. It must be awesome having two eye colors.

For me, all I have is autism, and huge feet.

I realize this might be a touchy subject for some people but, Is there anything different about how you look or physically act? I personally used to have a dip in my chest for a long time that was so deep I could use it as a cup holder me and my friends used to joke about all the stuff we could put in it I ended up having to get surgery for it because it was to the point where it effected my physical health. (The hospital I went to did it out of the kindness in their hearts because the douche bag insurance agents said it wasn't "Life threatening" Even though my doctor said that there was no way it did not effect me in a massive negative way.) And as for different in the physical actions, I walk on my toes when I'm not wearing shoes as well as rub my pinky/ring fingers on my right hand together as I walk, which is completely unconscious most of the time. And last of all, are you comfortable with these oddities? As for me, I'm definitely comfortable with my own Oddities though they may not be all that odd compared to what some people have to say.

*Edit* Forgot to say I also tap my foot constantly when I'm sitting still.

Let's see... I always need to fiddle with something. When I'm at home, I'm always twirling a knife (don't you judge me!). When I'm in class, its a pencil/pen.
As for physical abnormalities, my joints are fairly flexible so they bend further than normal. This cause people to stare at my legs when I stand because they bend backward. It's actually fun to freak people out with. The only thing that can be considered a problem is a stutter. Even then, the only reason it's a "problem" is because it can be a nuisance when I'm trying to talk (it also makes public speeches a pain in the ass). But as for anything bothering me, no. I am who I am, if people don't like me based on appearance, that's their problem. They have more issues than I do if they have to make fun of others to make themselves feel better.

I talk to myself a lot, and sometimes to objects. I usually only do this when I'm alone though, but I've done it some times while walking down the street. People seem to think that I'm on a bluetooth headset or something when they see me, so it's ok!

According to more or less all my friends I got the eyes of a psychotic murderer or something... Guess they ain't fond of my green eye colour shade...

Lets see... I have a couple of skin tags on the back of my neck. If you don't know what they are, they're basically just little balls of skin that hang out, and serve no purpose. They don't have any feeling in them. Cut one off by accident once, and it bled for QUITE awhile.

Also, I can do all kinds of crazy tricks with my eyes. The easy one is crossing them, but I can also move one independently of the other. Basically, I can have one eye looking to the left, and the other eye looking everywhere else. It's freaky, but kinda cool.

If I dont pay attention, my tongue can hang out and drape, and even flop in the wind when walking. And my tongues pretty long, can just about lick the bridge of my nose :)

My lower jaw closes over my top jaw. I had considered surgery for it but the descriptions of "slicing the jaw near the joint, shaving off excess material and reattaching with metal plating" kinda put me off..

I also do the same pinky across to other finger thing and toe walking that the OP describes. I'm not alone!

I have a less extreme version of the OP's problem. I can't stand it because it makes me look like I have moobs.

Do you realize that walking on your toes and strange hand motions are ASD symptoms? Try talking to a professional about that...
