I would have abilities with fire/heat because I am a bit of a pyro. But not just the normal ones....I am talking down to molecular levels. So many, many things you can do with energy transfer.
I love blades and fire batons.
I also have a devious side, and I am good at tactics and problem solving.
I am very MacGyver.
I am also super sarcastic and quick witted. And talkative. And friendly. And a smart ass.
So, I guess I would be a sarcastic, snarky, intelligent, motor-mouth, anti-hero rouge with pyro tendencies, who has pick-pocket and heist impulses, can always spot a trap, and can build or repair anything. Also comes with lots of bladed weapons!

Mass confusion. With my off-centre logic and rationality I'd rant on about a complex moral subject and then switch topics several time during the one example. The enemy would be so confused (an enraged) they'd turn on each other.

i'm thinking the power over the senses in a limited area. For example, I could a completely noiseless area or a smell overpowering, a room through sunglasses or without blue, or where everything you touch feels fuzzy. i like things in extremes.

Let's see...I'm a social vampire, so I suppose I'd just eat people's emotions and leave them as drained husks of people. I think there are several villains that do that already, though (Hate-Monger, Shadow King, Pat Robertson).
Spatial Manipulation

I generally get emotionally attached to people so the most obvious for me would be a psychic form of Empathy, being able to read ones feelings with the added bonus of projecting my own into ones mind. I can already read most peoples feelings with good accuracy through body language and verbal cues so all I need is a psychic boost.
The ability to immediately fling someone across whatever room (or outdoor area) they are in if they insult me!(and super-smarts)
All my previous jobs have given/required me to have a certain power of sugestion (you really should buy this, that's really not our fault you must have made a mistake, etc) So my power would probably be along the lines of mental sugestion or at least talking my way out of things.
Personality wise though most likely something along the lines of manipulating reality so that what I claimed was actuallly true. I mean how could it not be? it wouldn't make any sense otherwise.
