Oh my god, like, sixteen year old girls, like, talking like this, like all the time. And oh my god, like, they don't seem to know what they're like going to say and so they like fill in all the gaps.

Actually Aurora, my parents-in Law (In their 70s), do that Aurora, all the time Aurora. It's almost Aurora as if they forget your name Aurora unless they say it in every sentance Aurora.

Okay, maybe I should make my post a little clearer. I was posting "for all intensive purposes" as what the people have been saying. I know it's "for all intents and purposes". I was posting it as the mistake.

I almost have to refrain from kicking him (he's 16) every time I hear him say it, and I tell him how retarded he sounds. I have no idea where it started from, and maybe I'm just too old to understand, but damn me if I can't help but think it sounds really dumb.
