Someone mentioned to me today that 1337% of Pi = 42. Sure enough, I ran the numbers and to two decimal places, Pi * 13.37 = 42.00.

Statistic doesn't help much and scientific research (look for the matter on TED.com) shows that if we stick to our decisions than even if the "prize" is not in that specific box eventually we will be happier with it than if we did switch.
And I want to be happy.

As for the other question I think you are correct about the "only one question" thing, that's why I suggested

If Pi*1337/100=42, it would be the same as saying that PI=42*100/1337 or PI=4200/1337. 4200 and 1337 are both integers, so 4200/1337 is a rational number. PI is not a rational number (mathematically proven). Yeah, not impressed with bad calculations based on aproximations.
