I noticed that my Lylat Wars (Star Fox 64) box is huge.
Isn't that because it came bundled with the Rumble Pak?
You are right, it did have the rumble pak logo on it. The rumble pak still isn't that big though and the box is larger than an old PC game box.

I have Alone In The Dark on 4 floppy discs. AITD is the ORIGINAL survival horror and anyone who even begins to think of the words Resident Evil is a goddamn moron. Alone In The Dark was made in 1993, three years before RE1.
By any chance did your copy of Alone in the Dark come with the 'code book' that you needed to start the game? The one with inventory items that you needed to enter correctly in an attempt to have one game per household? I know I'm not describing it very well, but I remember my copy of AITD requiring a small blue book to play.
I'm not sure. I don't have anything except the actual disks anymore. God that game was scary, though mostly because the game manual told you almost nothing and the game had a very sadistic tendency of absolutely screwing you.

Just like real life :p

I own Mafia, the greatest game ever.
That game was amazing. Just story wise it was already a great game, but with the gameplay it was just beyond great.

If I recall correctly, Starfox 64 came with a huge light-gun, which probably accounts for the box size. Either that or the whole thing is an elaborate false memory.

Games I had owned at one time:

Gameboy:
Tetris
Pokemon Red/Blue
Super Mario Land: first portable Mario game (aside from that game&watch)!
Zelda: Link's Awakening

Genesis:
Sonic 1 and 2
Golden Axe

N64:
Mario 64
Starfox 64
Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Super Smash Bros.

Of games that I currently own, not much...

PC:
Final Fantasy 7, even though I cannot play it on this computer

DS:
Mario 64
New Super Mario Bros.
Scribblenauts, for being the biggest gaming disappointment I have ever run into

360:
Arkham Asylum: I say this because it is, as of now, the best comic book adaptation seen in a game

My family and I own an Odyssey 200, which was the first real video game console.

You can play Pong, Tennis, and Squash on it. 3 lines and a ball. Now that's a piece of gaming history.

In addition we also own a number of Atari 2600s, Intellivisions, a Colecovision, a NES, a SNES, a N64, a Sega Genesis, many Game Boy models from the Gameboy Pocket to the Nintendo DS, a PS2, an Xbox, a PS3, a 360, and a Wii, along with a shitload of games.

The plafomer/shooters Jak and Daxter and Ratchet and Clank are my part of gaming history.

I also have fond memories of the mario games but that was late in their life.
