In fact, I hate ANY form of trying to explain phenomenae, particularly when they reboot old franchises, and they try to come up with quasi-scientific explanations for things everyone just accepted in the original (I'm looking at you, motherf*cking Midichlorians)

Aside from a Big Sister scream, nothing. In fact, there is something I'd want to hear more. "I'm gonna tell the other Girls that I have the best Daddy." is what made me adopt a little sister rather than harvest and not take the time to gather from two bodies and rescue her at a vent and deal with SCREEEEEEE again.

There was one character from Samurai Warriors (Okuni, I think) who when you killed an enemy officer would say "Sensational, my heart's all a-flutter." or something similar to that. The overused cliches in all the mediums (game, film) usually turn me off right there. I simply can not turn my brain off and "appreciate" mainstream stupidity.
