1. There was once a time when people thought the world was flat.
2. I'm not sure what your point was here.
3. This is why I hate arguing with you: you don't listen. My point is it depends on your definition of death.
1) Yeah. And when challenged then successfully ventured out the idea was changed The world used to be the center of the universe. Yet if you go out screaming "the sky is orange look its orange" people will think your a nut job and the only people you can prove are those who are color blind and see Blue as orange.
2)Its easier for women to manipulate men through lies and if women get manipulated or are in a abusive relationship and don't leave they deserve it. Hell if anyone is in a abusive relationship and doesn't leave it they deserve it. Men and women alike.
3) I'm gonna type slow cause it seems you can't wrap your mind around this. If i kill you buy separating your head from your shoulders with a 50. Cal bullet you will die. Your Physical form ceases to continue aging and what you were made up of begins to rot. As your Body is degraded into a mulch on which the environment you were apart of new life will grow out of you. Bug and such. Over time your very essence will cease to exist on this planet. Your EXACT genetic code will have disappeared. Now lets say everyone on this planet knew who you were and of your exploits. And they talk fondly of you and have statues on every corner. But this are statues made of concrete. Your memories are just images sounds and thoughts of you. your very Electrical essence on a molecular level has been moved all over the planet and you no longer exist as your body did. Now. People remember you and they lame ass saying is :If you hold someone in your heart they will never truly die" or some bullshit like that. NO! they are DEAD! when someone dies they are dead. "Death ? noun the act of dying; the end of life; the total and permanent cessation of all the vital functions of an organism." Unless your someone that thinks being remembered will keep you "Alive ? adjective having life; living; existing; not dead or lifeless." I have lost family and friends. Guys what. Their memories are alive. But they are dead. In essence their physical form no longer exist with life. You can Say "but how do you define death?". There is one definition that is true for death and to say Someone isn't dead because of their memories doesn't make them a zombie a alive. They are dead. D E A D. If i die tomorrow i will be remembered but i will only be remembered in memory. Unless i am given a Second life and continue functioning as a sentient being or even if i am a vegetable i am dead.

1. This is because we are told the sky is blue. The question is would you still think the sky is blue if you weren't raised being taught colors?
2. Wait, so it is ok for females to manipulate men for whatever through whatever means but not ok when men do it?
3. (I like how your definitions used the words they were defining) But what separates inefficient, self-replicating chemical reactions and life? What is the difference between someone spreading joy, enjoying their life, and learning all they can and someone who just drifts through life waiting for it to end?

p.s. I have always loved your want or need to avoid a philosophical debate like the plague.
1) Say a blind man wakes up one morning and can see. Not knowing what color is he looks out the window and sees what he believes to be a majestic sea of color. Something amazing and beautiful. When he meets a stranger on the streets he is still in awe of the clear cloudless sky. The stranger asks "What are you doing" The man Replies "I have been blind for my entire life and have never seen this vast open sky" The stranger says "A clear Orange Sky is a beautiful thing". Later on he meets more people and says what he heard from the man saying the sky was orange. They look in awe at his story and all explain that the Sky isn't orange. They Explain the Basics of the three prime colors and he understands that the sky is Blue as they have said. Though he doesn't know because he hasn't sky since before this day it becomes a larger number of people say the sky is blue. Even when someone says a different color he still sees it as blue. This one truth becomes known. We are Taught what blue is not by our parents but by our populous. Teachers friends and even strangers.
2)When men do it, it usually ends bad and abusive being a bad thing that will damage a womens psyche. When a Women does it usually just ruins the mans paycheck. As long as she doesn't do anything to harm the person physically i see manipulation a good tool at getting things you need.
3) Can a memory hug you? Can it hold you in its arms at moments of sadness. Can it walk alongside you and keep you company and give you heat when needed. Does a memory have the ability to tuck you in or hold your hand. Only in your thoughts. When someone dies they become a memory. Their body ceases to continue its existence as a being. A memory cannot make a choice or be used as a weight. How can something that has no mass or energy be alive. Even if you don't know or see someone they still exist. Someone on the other side of the world you will never meet won't hold you in there arms or keep you warm but they take up a physical space. They exist even though we don't see them. Unless a memory gains physical manifestation the person it represents no longer exists as a being. Its said that Julius Caesars last breath spread across the world the moment of his death. Though his body and memory lived on that last breath would have eventually be transfered to different plants people and the original form will be lost.
1. how do you know you can trust your senses? (that goes double for the blind man since his hasn't worked all his life)
2. I doubt you believe that. So you would feel alright if someone like me manipulated you for their own personal gain?
3. Mine can. Are you telling me you have never remember something and it made you smile or made you feel better?

I can't argue against the fact that it is possible to argue against the argument that some things cannot be argued against.

1) Assuming his eyes were working normally he wouldn't. Like i said. Consensus. A person could bring him crayons and say look at each one and tell which one is the sky. With no names he could pick any and choose either correct or incorrect. Say he chooses Sky Blue and thats the thought of everyone around. Say he chooses orange and no one else thinks that. They won't shun him. Just assume his eyes don't work. Of course if he chose red that would be an awesome sky.
2) I've been used all my life. The only reason i don't go mad and kill is because i know its a part of life. I let it happen cause i don't care to change that which works for me. But never manipulated. Only used.
3) Nope. Cause even if i did the realization of them being dead would set a deep sense of woe afterwards.
Funerals must be very miserable for you(assuming you didn't just straight up lie which I put at a very high probability). I think I put up some pretty good arguments which means those three points you originally made can be argued against.

The opposite sex is complicated.
No, just people. Gender has nothing to do with it.

Just because someone is dead does not mean that they can not influence you. Dead people can influence anyone. Not physically, not spiritually, not in some weird religious sense - just simply because the way they lived their life and the way they acted can have a huge influence on people. Human beings can feel comfort by knowing they share the traits of their dead companion and can feel comfort by knowing that the deceased does live on ("live on" meaining their ideals, their influence and their inspiration) through them.

In short, although someone is dead they still have influence over peoples life. I personally am influenced every single day by someone who isn't alive.

Hell, you can be strongly influenced by people who didn't even exist. Complete works of fiction have the ability to influence people on huge scales.

Dunno if anyone has said this, but there is no God.
Ah no, you see, because there's this book, right, and it says it's the word of God, and that he exists, right, and he wouldnt fib to us, so it must be true.

Just like to step in here, the know-it-all jerk I am sometimes. "Blue" is just the name we gave to a certain wavelength of light. You can call it orange or whatever, but it doesn't matter what you call it, it's still the same wavelength. We'll have some communication problems though.

Wow, why am I not arguing with you on this matter?
