Gardevoir, probably the most human looking one so i would treat as a human, ie, have her act as she want to act herself, at the same time making sure she doesn't destroy the next door primary school with her psychic powers which probably means no Elfen Lied, last thing anyone needs is a Pokemon who uses their psychic powers to create vectors

OT: As tempting as it is to ask for a badass fighter, I want a classy Pokemon that can be very useful. Give me a Persian. I can always collect free money from an awesome move some of you might know and I can collect and save to buy someone else's Pokemon. Laugh at me now but soon I'll have an army >

If Arceus is considered too OP, then I'd go with Nidoking. He is my favorite mixed attacker and a kindred spirit. Icebeam (Flash freeze ANYTHING), Thunderbolt (free electricity), Flamethrower (arson. Who doesn't like arson?), Earthquake (makes the drive to work more interesting).
