I'd rather be a Grimer than a Trubbish. Trubbish turning into Garbodor... I know Pokemon talk by saying their name but, like Meowth who spent his time and energy learning to talk like a human, I think Garbodor would spend its time trying to learn three words and all his energy finding a decent human being to put it out of it's misery when it can finally ask, "Please, kill me".

Are you serious? Wobbuffet is AWESOME. Sure, he takes whatever life throws at him... and then chews it up, and spits it back into life's face. He's like the Cave Johnson of Pokemon.

Personally, I'd have to go with Quilfish. Why? Because if you're Quilfish, that means you suck, no one uses you, and no one even remembers that you exist.

At least the starter rats get CAPTURED, no one actively seeks out a Quilfish unless they're trying to complete their Pokedex.
