Ash has a love interest in every Gen of Anime. Although I find the Ash coma theory explains it quite well.

Unfortunately, Brock's love interest is Croagunk.

Ok, I'm not a hopeless fanboy of the series but I find it amazing that the show's hero, Ash, doesn't have a love interest yet. May has Drew and it looks like Dawn may end up with Kenny. Misty is obviously a candidate as well as Angie for Ash's attention but seriously, it's getting stupid. The show's hero is supposed to have a love interest espiecally in an anime show from Japan. Anyone else agree.
