Rodney was just in the middle of telling a very funny joke when he was nearly bowled over by Aari sprinting past him, he got up and said "Chompers! after her quickly!" The massive Pokemon dropped to all fours and sped off after Aari, moving at an incredible speed for such a large pokemon.
Jeffrey then came running up, Rodney opened his mouth but Magnus grabbed Jeffrey by the throat and yelled "What the hell did you do to her!?" Rodney was now certain that Magnus liked Aari he took a step or two back and began making charading what to say, he knew although Jeffrey had done something chances were it wasn't with the intention of being mean.
"SPEAK!" Magnus yelled, Joel now came up and asked "Hey guys where is A--" he saw Magnus holding Jeffrey and Rodney miming out words. Jeffrey raised a fist then looked at Rodney who was now crossing his arms into an X and shaking his head implying not to hit Magnus. Jeffrey instead came out with what seemed to be the truth, "I was talking to her and then we we're having a great time...until I mentioned something about you and her I probably shouldn't have" Now Magnus was about to punch Jeffrey, Rodney stepped in "Calm down! Everyone says things we intended to mean differently, Chompers is going after her, she'll be fine. Now I have to ask you something, you like her don't you?"

Chompers was running full force through the woods, he was catching up to Aari. Finally she sat down and started panting saying between heavy breaths "Chompers, you're a persistent one aren't you?" "Gatr,ferali,gatr,gatr" The big pokemon responded to which Aari only replied "Chompers I can't understand you..." Chompers facepalm'd and then went over to a group of trees where he scratched stick figures into them with his claws, the stick figures were a smaller boy with a hat and a small Totodile next to him, an angry faced boy with Lucario next to him, A taller stick figure with a large Typholosion next to him, A boy as tall with a Nidoking and a Magneton, A girl holding a Togepi with a Milktank beside her, A taller then the first two but shorter then Magnus boy with a Blastoise and a Farfetch'd then a boy of the same height as the previous with a Kirlia and a Gardevoir.
Aari smiled "Have you ever considered art Chompers?" But Chomper again continued carving, now drawing a line from the figures representing Aari and Jeffrey with an angry face above it and a a question mark too. Aari although it woud've been easier to just let Togepi or Daisy translate was enjoying herself now and said "Yes I'm angry with Jeffrey, I'm not ready to come back right now though so you can go tel Rodney that" Chompers motioned her to wait, he now drew another two lines going from Magnus to Aari and from Joel to Aari, in the one from Joel to Aari he drew a heart with hands shaking to it's side, Aari assumed this meant Joel like her but now only wanted to be good friends, while Chompers continued on the other line he began drawing Cresselia then crossed it out and drew another heart. Aari blushed "What? really?" Chompers nodded and began drawing the final line, going from Aari to Magnus with a heart and a question mark beside it, Aari blushed looked down and said "I don't know... Could I please just have a few minutes?" Chompers nodded and walked back to the group.
