How DARE that police officer use non-lethal measures against an animal believed to be rabid that was endangering school children? He should be reprimanded for putting human lives above the comfort of the squirrel!

If this dangerous trend continues, we might soon see officers of the law using non-lethal weaponry on armed murderers approaching orphanages!

Big negative on that one, the most I've ever been stopped for was expired tags and speeding. Close but no cigar. Cops are all still assholes though in my experience, it basically just seems to be the federalization, military style training (with their "them against us" attitude) and self-ego boosting that probably does it but it is what it is. There was a time when the general public actually respected cops but I don't know that i've ever seen it.

PS: Don't think you can be banned for curse words here, thankfully, this is an adult oriented site in that respect. By the way, I never attacked anyone on this board, unless the cop that was in that vid was here, then yeah I pretty much guess I did.

Wild squirrels are not harmless, and a squirrel moving towards humans is not normal behavior. And it's not just rabies. There are host of diseases and infections that wild animals can spread. I wouldn't have cared if he shot the damn thing, but all he did was spray some pepper spray at it.
