My friend's ex ended it with him because of MW 1
Though I do agree with her
She had arthritis and had to walk up a HUGE hill everytime she wanted to see him
He spent all day/nigh in his pjs playing CoD 4 online, he didn't stop just cause she was there
He pretty much ignored her and never left the sofa unless he needed a drink, food or the toilet
He was also clueless enough to not understand why she dumped him.

I dunno about you but when I have girls round, I try and involve them, its called multiplayer and it's a fun way to get to know people and if they aren't having fun, change the game or do something else

When a woman is in a "serious" relationship, they considers all the time, effort, and attention of the man to be her property. She resents anything he does that doesn't directly benefit her in some way because she feels like he is taking something that doesn't belong to him.

99% of women's complaints go something like this: You spend too much time doing activity X (where X is an activity that does not benefit her) or You don't do enough of activity Y (where Y is an activity that does benefit her).

Since women can't understand logic and reason you need to work on their level, pay attention, and figure out how to produce the proper emotional response.

Practice this phrase until you can say it in a way that appears to be 100% sincere. "I'm sorry you feel that way." Then the proper followup is "Lets work together to make it better." This works because women are averse to responsibility, and "work together" implies that she is required to contribute to the effort. Then talk about how to make things better, agree with everything she proposes, then forget the conversation happened and do whatever the hell you want anyway.

If a woman wants to stay with a man nothing he does will keep her away, if a woman wants to leave then nothing he can do will make her stay.

Even if he is a jerk, that post has some truth to it. Studies have shown women tend to be more emotion based and men, more logic based. Note I said TEND. Also, many a girl do, in fact, like jerks more than nice guys.

It's not suprising to me, nor is it an issue to me. I dislike a significant proportion of the people I meet, so a 1/5 chance (which seems a bit shifty in the first place) is no problem to me.

Also, many a girl do, in fact, like jerks more than nice guys.

That tends to be younger, dumber, and more impressionable teenagers or early 20 year olds. It matters not to me if a proportion of females shoot themselves in the foot by going after those they perceive to be jerks, because I wouldn't go with someone who wasn't smart enough not to do that.

Basically, so what? These girls aren't the ones you want. (well, I want anyway).

Also I've witnessed first hand, and been told many times by older guys and girls, that the acting like a jerk thing to get girls really lets you down later in life. Many guys that were successful at getting women through acting like a dick just fail later on, because humans get wiser as they get older. So they have gone from being an asshole popular with women, to just a plain asshole.

have'nt really encountered this problem. my girl knows i'm a cronic gamer because of the fact that she has seen me play and she has knows i'm in school to become a game programmer/artist. this won't be a problem untill we actually move in together really, but she has found ways to distract me that that are quite enjoyable. she plays games every now and then and for some reason when it comes to fighting games she can whoop my ass. it's anoying but i love her anyway. this topic kinda reminds me of that pic with the dude who has a girl riding him while he is playing WOW on his laptop. anybody want to post that pic in their comment.
