Thank you, I was going to point that out myself. I don't like it when people think schizophrenia as "imaginary friends" or "multiple personalities".
If you really wish to lose the ability to distinguish the real from the imaginary, be my guest. And I don't mean harmless imagination, what if your own mother was planning to kill you? You wouldn't just suspect that you'd
know it. That sort of hallucinations. Or what if you hear voices that constantly criticize everything you do, mocking and ridiculing your every action? Again, the fact that the voices do not seem to be coming from anybody would be lost to you. Or maybe they
would come from somebody. Maybe from everybody around you. How would you feel, if everyone on the street started judging you out loud? Or the crippling fear from the realization that you are being constantly watched? You were tagged and you're now being monitored and studied like those animals you see on documentaries.
