this is me too. the mouse isn't bad, any mouse isn't bad, i dont know why people complain, its at the super awkward position i have to try and put my arm at to be comfortable at all, otherwise it hurts after only 45 minutes-1 hour of gaming, so i have to position my monitor right so i can sprawl my arm weirdly over my whole desk so it has somewhere decently comfortable to lay onZephrC said:Wait, people actually buy ergonomic mice? Isn't that kinda like a nice comfy chair for the desk where you stick your arm in a vice? I've never once in my life thought holding a mouse was uncomfortable, but half the reason I don't play PC games much anymore is that the angle I have to hold my arm at makes my shoulder seriously hurt after a couple hours. Is that just me then?
In 99% of PC games you can change the keys to almost anything.Polock said:Hmm..
I understand why a person whos left handed would want a left-handed mouse but..
What about the keyboard keys? Seems weird to put your right hand to cover the WASD and number keys and etc..
You win a poll option if you can spell it.keybird said:Ambidextry FTW
If you don't know it means you are both right handed and left handed
EDIT: What no pole option for us
Mouse 1 and Mouse 2 were never really the main problem, Its the shape of the mouse that is the most annoying problem because it really restricts what mice you can use. Take the G9 which I know use for example, you can only hold it with your right hand comfortably, if you try to with your left hand it just feels totally wierd.Nevyrmoore said:I noticed a number of people saying they learnt how to use a mouse with their right hand when they're left handed.
This tip may be a bit late for you lot, but Control Panel > Mouse > Switch primary and secondary buttons.
Unless that didn't exist in whatever OS you were using. In which case ignore this.
I was talking about those who use the perfectly symmetrical standard mouses. Like I'm using right now.Jamieson 90 said:Mouse 1 and Mouse 2 were never really the main problem, Its the shape of the mouse that is the most annoying problem because it really restricts what mice you can use. Keyboard is also an issue. I used to use the Arrow keys because they were closer to my right hand because I was obviously using my left hand for the mouse (mouse left side of keyboard)
Hope this helps you understand.
Ah I thought you ment mice in general, You are right then that is a good solution if we are discussing symmetrical mice. I was just pointing out general issues for left handed mouse users, The mouses shape being one of them.Nevyrmoore said:I was talking about those who use the perfectly symmetrical standard mouses.
