Poll: A penis in GTA IV, your thoughts.

Well it's not something I'd immediately go to the courts for, but I can imagine a lot of parents being concerned for their children. But then we'd start the debate about whether or not parents should allow their kids to play these games all over again.

I can see GTA IV sales dropping though. The game will probably be cranked up to M rating.
Don't know what the procedure is if it's just DLC which you can get after buying the original which doesn't contain the nudity yet, but I'm guessing a lot of people won't let this go easily

What would've pissed me off is if I had listened to all the people who said "if you like GTA you should get a 360... for the DLC" and gotten the 360 just for the GTA DLC.

It might've been worth it for a new landmass but new story missions and a face full of cock doesn't sound like a good deal for $20. Not in this country.

I think it's just for controversy. It's going to be all over the news and it will bring attention to it. Chances are, it won't even show up for very long, just a quick shock and it will probably not even be a big part of the game. They're just putting it in there to put it in there. Nudity causes controversy and controversy causes news. Free advertisement thanks to Fox News and it'll still sell just fine if not better. I doubt it will be even necessary to have put it in there anyway.

I don't know if any of you have already heard about this, but apparently the DLC for GTA IV, the Lost and the Damned, contains full frontal male nudity. I could provide you a link to a video of it, but that might attract the banhammer.
If you really want to see the clip, you can find it on www.1up.com, but I warn you, the penis belongs to a rather old politician and it's not pretty.

This leads to new controversy after the hot coffee incident.
But what do you think about this? Can we allow full frontal (male) nudity in games?

You know, I actually think you're right. The male to female nudity ratio is quite out of balance.

It was an eventual step to take, anyway. I feel that videogames will evolve the way movies do and eventually just go the whole way. Parental control might become an issue, but i'd never say it's an issue that will never be worked around.
