Recently a freind of mine commented on the fact that I drink a lot of water, apparently more than normal. I'd think this is a habit I formed while I was playing football (American) for 9 years. I normally drink about 15 liters of water a day (gotta stay hydrated no matter what you are doing) so I'm curious, how much water do you fine chaps drink in a day?

Oddly enough I don't have any good answer for this. Some days I will drink litres of water, other days I will drink nothing. Sometimes I'll be writing or playing the guitar or doing one of the many activities I engage in, and I will literally not notice that I'm thirsty, and forget the drink or eat.

I don't know much about the number, i just drink loads of water.
Whenever i'm thirsty, wich is plenty.

When working out i can glugg down two bottles easily.
Haven't drank any soda in months, i guess i don't have to worry about a kidney stone.

Best part is that i like it, i love the "taste of cold water" running down my throat.

Including my consumption of tea, about 2.5 liters.
Excluding my consumption of tea, about 0.7 liters.

Yeah, I drink a lot of tea.

Blood and sarsaparilla for me.

Actually, I drink quite a bit of water, but I've never kept track of how much when I'm not in an extremely hot desert environment (in which case, I tend to go through a minimum of 21 liters a day... in 3 liter increments).

None, I'm sure there's water in what I do drink, but I very rarely drink just water. I'm an orange juice man.

I usually drink between 2 and 2 1/2 liters. This is pretty close to eight cups we're recommended to drink, and it's about all I can stand to drink.

I've somewhat recently quit drinking soda (outside of the occasional Jack D. and Mountain Dew) probably....... hell over a year now... I now drink mostly tea, water, or beer... but as I am an american sod using that archaic imperial system I have no idea what a liter is, not that I could actually tell you in oz either... but I'd guess (tea included) 1/2 gallon, 64 ounces... something metric

Between 1 and 5 Litres, depending on whatever else I have to drink in the house. I don't think I had a sip of water today because we have chocolate milk and ginger ale.

Eh, not enough. I drink water when I'm thirsty, but most of the time I guess I get moisture from other things - fruit and the like.
