Are there absolutes? Is anything set in stone? If not, are you absolutely sure there are no absolutes?

I'm absolutely sure that I don't know, or really care other than to see some funny posts...

-273.15 degrees Celsius or 0 Kelvin. These numbers are set in stone, nothing can be colder.

What about -273.15000001!!!!!!!
No, at that temperature, entropy reaches its absolute minimum. Any colder and the system cannot exist in our universe.

It's absolute that I currently have eyeballs in my head and they work. :)

...It's also absolute that the sun will some day go super nova and the Earth will die. Have a nice day!

That actually isn't possible. zero Kelvin is absolutely no energy. No thermal, no potential, no kinetic, etc. You cannot have NEGATIVE energy.

That joke is absolutely terrible.
It was meant to be tongue-in-cheek but oh well. Back to the drawing board

I can say with absolute certainty that you cannot prove everyone will die. To prove it, you would have to kill yourself, and once dead, you can't prove anything.

There are two major absolutes. Death and paying taxes.
It really depends on how you define death.

The past cannot be undone, it is absolute. Or set in stone, if you will.
quite literally if you look in the right places.
