I'm Jewish. I find these Christmas threads annoying, as it is a bastardization of Chinese food and movie day, a sacred tradition.
I lol'd.
I know you were being funny, and it was funny. But I'm getting sick of all these Jewish folks getting pissed about Christmas, I know a kid who got yelled at by a Jew for saying Merry Christmas.
Get revenge! Steal his little pouch of gold, then stamp all over his jew eggs!

OT: I don't have anything that I particularly want at the moment. *Sigh* Better get ready for some dirty looks off of my relatives when I open up their presents of recycled socks.

Well I'm close to 19 so the whole excitment of gifts on christmas kind of wilted away. i still enjoy christmas, but it's more for spending time with family that I rarely see. I usually don't ask for much anyway that usually leads me to get money and gift cards so I can just buy what I see when I go shopping. When I was a kid though, I would always walk in when my mom would be wrapping one of my presents :p. That wouldn't necessarily ruin the surprise for me because the excitement factor was still there. Like when I saw the N64 that was going to be mine :).

Due to the fact I'm in my 20's, no I did not peek, nor is there a Christmas tree up in my house. When I was younger and at home I never peeked either, but sleeping Christmas Eve night to wait till morning was always really hard until I turned about 14 or so.

I'm getting Modern Warfare 2 (yes I know.. how amazing I actually don't have it yet). That's the only present I've had a cheeky look at.

Tony Hawk's Ride, a new watch, and a desk chair for my birthday (27th). And some other stuff, but know nothing about that. Probably either games, money, or hopefully a PS3.

Wow, I feel guilty getting a decent Christmas hearing so many people aren't getting one, but you will all be in my thoughts and I hope something great happens to all of you.

OT: ya, I've looked under the tree, not sure how that is bad to look under a tree though. if you mean if I've looked, my parents are good about keeping that stuff hidden.

I didn't this year, no. In fact, the only time I recall doing so was when I didn't know they were supposed to be secret before Christmas (I was about 5 or 6), and that time it was one fairly small present.

I like being surprised. So I dont check the ones that look mysterious or look like something good.

I check the small ones that look like clothes to gauge the clothes to good present ratio
