Poll: All around my hat

I don't wear hats for fashion reasons like, what it seems, the OP does; and since he has decided that caps and beanies are not hats and are in fact...I don't know, something else, then I have no hats at all.

I wear a something else for one of three reasons:
1 - Shade my eyes
2 - Warm my head
3 - Cover my hair because I feel too lazy to try and make it look good that day

This thread reminds me of a song from PlaySchool (vaguely educational toddler-type tv show):

My hat it has three corners, three corners has my hat, and had it not three corners, it would not be my hat!

My hat it has three sausages, three sausages has my hat, and had it not three sausages, it would not be my hat!

My favourite is the tiger verse though... Imagine the awesome of a hat with three tigers!

I own 1 hat. I had to buy it to work in the back of a restaurant. They wouldn't let you wash dishes or cook without making you wear a sweaty, dirty hat.
