I find this Poll a demeaning, sexist, generalization of all men.
This pole isn't very off from a generalization of a stereotypical male.

It is human nature to be curious, is it not?
..on a side note you are very possibly the first man I have ever seen offended by sexism.
Sorry, but i demand TRUE equality, so i'm offended by affirmative action, the segregation of the US army, and any baseless discrimination against anyone.

"All men watch porn" "All Jews are inferior" "All colored races are less human" "All women are weaker than men"
before my cold logic, its all the same (not in degree of severity, but they're all the same thing)

I don't watch it or view it so to say "All men watch porn" is a generalization and an inaccurate one at that.

Psssst... I live at home with a scary-good Dad who designed a security system I can't/don't want to break.

So there. I've never watched porn.

it's a way to learn new things and positions, to surprise your half, sometimes... and sometimes to avoid other nasty things...

I'm sorry if I came off as offensive on that. I didn't mean you being offended was a bad thing, but a rather uniqueness from what I've seen in my life.

=D

Well that depends upon the definition of pornography. Is it simply nude pictures, or is it the depiction of intercourse....
So yeah.... If the latter about 6-8 months ago, if the former about when I was 16. I worked my way up from lingerie models and sexy costume ads in magazines and catalogs, to more "conservative" nude pictures. I don't really care for media dealing with intercourse... I don't want to see male genitalia, it's a turn off.

edit: so looked up the definition in the old webster dictionary, and it said vaguely, content of erotic nature intended to arouse sextual desire.
So I will say that the sexy costumes in party city shops are porn if VIEWED as porn, therefore I come to the conclusion that porn is a personal thing that differs from person to person and thus if someone says they haven't seen porn I'll believe them.

Of course, between 10-15 thats when puberty kicks and and WOOH is that a freaky experience!

Also, for all of you who voted for under 10... you are freaks, no ifs or buts about it... unless you just voted that way to try and "win", in that case... you are even freakier.

EDIT: Oh and for those of you who voted that you have never watched porn... you are liars... No ifs or buts about it... I mean come on, people even watch porn without even knowing it is porn until its too late.
Well maybe for the under 10 group they were exposed to it by irresponsible person.

They should try asking men who dont have a computer, or access to the internet :p

I would never pay for that crap of course, the previews and pics are enough. Always have to be careful when "exploring" of course. Theres more than computer viruses to be concerned about...

Porn is boring, but I on accident first saw it when I was 7. Grew out of it fast. Rarely watch it nowadays.

No shit. All men look at porn all the fucking time, if not they've at least watched it once or twice in their life.

Despite my wonderful imagination, I look at porn maybe...once a week?

For me I think I was 8 when I saw my first Hustler.

To be honest I find most porno boring and repetitive.

I've seen plenty of it though over the years, it takes something fairly "special" to really capture my imagination though.

This discussion is however pretty loaded because to be honest every human being on the planet with access to pornography, views pornography, or has done so. Women are not exempted from this as ultimatly they tend to be far bigger consumers of it than men are, it's just that they prefer to refer to it as "romance" and are less overtly social about it. Despite the stereotypes "romance" novels are not more focused on emotions and such (though some might be) they pretty much involve everything that a lurid "men's paperback" will just from a slightly differant perspective. I've read quite a few romance novels over the years for one reason or another (like having nothing else availible). The entire paranormal romance genere was pretty much created for women, by women, and the result has been things like "Anita Blake" that pretty much turned into a showcase for lycanthropic sex, vampire domination, and S&M... albeit being fantasy novels they tend to be not quite as descriptive as novels from the romance or "erotica" sections. Labels like harlequin have even gotten into the act.

While kind of irrelevent, my basic point is that men are characterized as being horndogs, and that is true to an extent. The human sex drive being very powerful although we can control it (which is part of what makes us more than mere animals). Women however find it embarassing for some reason but you can pretty much take the numbers that apply to men and double them... they are far, far, worse.

You might be saying "But Therumancer, how could you possibly know this, can you possibly speak for all women in the world? What gives someone like you such a depth of experience". Understand, as I've explained before, I was a professional snoop. Working for a "Monitor Room" at a casino or just doing the job with my mouth shut means I've gotten to pretty much see people of all types with a lot of the BS stripped aay. You go in the front door and see the signs about being under constant suerveillance.. well I was the guy on the other end for years. In general the guys in the official "Suerveillance Department" watch the gaming floor, Monitor Room and similar jobs watch everything else like stores, the hotel, parking garages, etc...

For good or ill, I've never been exactly normal, but 10 years between two casinos doing various jobs has given me some rather solid opinions.

Twas some point in my indeterminate teenage years that I discovered I enjoyed to look at the bosoms. I didn't start watching depictions of actual sex until I was in my 20s though, and I stick to watching lesbians because naked dudes are freaking gross, blech.

I recall the first time I discovered my dad's old stash. I was just a wee sprat back then and thought to myself, "Why is my dad hoarding these old magazines?" Then I realized that the girls weren't wearing any clothes and then it was as if an epiphany suddenly resolved all the questions about women that had, up till that point, gone unanswered. Ah, what ever would I have done without those old issues of Men Only and Liliput?

A study was cancelled because they could not find any men who had not watched any porn in their twenties. D'Uh! Dont think you need a study to tell you that but lets try to anyway. This is open to the ladies as well.
I have seen porn. But I don't watch it regularly (in fact, I have never watched it since my friend had me sit down and watch it the first time). I find it narcissistic and disgusting. So I "started" between 10-15, but I don't indulges in it.

So, I would like to ask you, author, how would you like me to vote, as I am sure you would like the most authentic poll you can have. Would you like me to vote in "Between 10-15" or would you like me to put "Never watched porn in my life"?
Well the question is asking that if you ever seen porn not that you regularly watch it. And why did your friend watch porn with you that's pretty awkward.
