no, you aren't a bad brother, your sister seems a bit demanding.
although i get my brother to drive me to places all the time but I have to pay him to do it. It's like a cheap taxi. maybe you should start demanding payment?

My younger sister demanding me to bring her to different places. From Starbuck's to her friends' houses to the mall. A few days back she told me I had to bring her her IPod and make-up because she "needed" them for volleyball practice. I told her no and now she says I'm a bad brother for not doing every thing she demands me to do. Am I a bad brother for doing so?

Note: She always tries to blackmail me into bringing her friends as well and to bring her to her boyfriend's place or something. Honestly, she shouldn't even have a boyfriend yet.
What does she blackmail you with?
She may take things from my room and make a story out of them (stealing stuff from Target or somthing), changing the story of what I did, or telling people what I did when I was a little kid that would embarrass me. Trust me she has done it multiple times now.
dude this is ridiculous, smack the shit out of her and tell her your not her *****. Also try and blackmail her back, fight fire with fire, thats how you survive having a sibling.

okay i know exactly how you feel i just got my license and a car and my siblings think of me as a pack mule.
from the beginning you should have told theme you aren't going to be their delivery boy / taxi driver.
also depending on the "black mail" you may just have to take it.

from another big brother.

I'd say she doesn't have a lot of ammo to blackmail you with, so just let her know that people will know she's a nasty manipulative girl, if she chooses to use it, might sound harsh, but she needs to learn that isn't how you treat people, and its better she learns it from someone who cares about her.

Obviously don't cut her off completely, but you're not there to be her chaperone, in the end, and you certainly shouldn't feel like you should take her to places you don't want her going to.

Are their no buses/trains etc? And are these places all more than a couple of miles away?

I'm a little sucker when it comes to my little brother.
We didn't have the best upbringing, so I'm pretty protective of him.

I drive him places and even give him money for food sometimes.
But I'm always honest, and if I have prior plans I let him know.

He's a good kid, and not a brat, so it's all good. ^^
You're not a bad brother though, just don't spoil her or let her walk all over you.

How old is she by the way?

If your sister keeps blackmailing you by saying you steal stuff, just keep the receipts for everything and bring them out when she tries to carry through on her blackmail threat.

Guess who's in trouble then?

You're not a bad brother, you're a bad chauffeur. Unless chauffeur is in your job title, I would say your in the right to tell her no.

as for the blackmailing thing, I'm sure you know some things about her that she would be embarrassed about if her boyfriend or friends found out. Let her know that foul play works both ways. (you don't actually have to do it, you just have to make the fact that you CAN do it known)

I am the youngest in my family and I dont get my siblings to do much for me, occasionaly i ask my brother to take me to the store for something, but he goes on coffee runs twice a day anyway!

She seems way to demanding.

slightly offtopic:
And people saying she isn't too young for a bf :S
I don't wholly agree that she is too young, I just find it freaky that if younger people who are 12 - 15 go on about not having gf's. What the hell happened to being young and not caring? I am 17 and have only ad one bf (was in no way serious, lasted very short time), I didn't see the point in dating at my age. but meh, I blame the Disney channel for all the blogs floating around by 11 yr old girls going 'why don't I have a bf yet?'

My sister is always saying that she's better then me. She's 18 and I'm 15. I took better classes my freshman year. I have more friends. Our parents trust me more. I already make more money then her. I'm actually happy. The list goes on and on.

Bad brother? Hell no, perhaps person with dignety. I would never do that much for a sibling or tolerate their insolent banter. Luckily I have no siblings.
