I talk to myself quite alot , out loud and answer myself.

Nope, not crazy at all, I talk to myself all the time, course it may be a crazy person telling you that you're not crazy, and thus you might actually be.

If no one else is around I sometimes talk to myself, not full on conversations, normally it's telling off inanimate objects.

You are not crazy unless you would consider somebody else that does it to be crazy (I.E. - If you saw somebody in an aisle in the grocery store doing this, would you judge them for being crazy?)

And No, I don't think you are crazy. Granted, I do the same things you do, but I bet the difference between you and me is that you have more interactions with people then I do, so I talk to myself merely because no one else is talking to me.

But no, talking to yourself doesn't make you crazy (not by itself anyway). If you start talking to yourself and a different person responds, then you might want to worry a bit.

Edit: Oh right, yeah I talk to myself sometimes to keep myself company muahahah usually when I'm trying to solve some type of problem and hearing it out loud helps me think it through better. I try to avoid doing it around others though.

I talk to myself a lot, usually banal shit that no-one (upon overhearing) will understand at all, regardless of context... *shrug*

Nope, seems normal enough to me. I do it. Not that that's a great reassurance for non-craziness, but hey. Most people do it too, so it's all good.

Helps me think while at work and figure my way through a problem. Thought for a while it was a bad habit born out of my somewhat isolated lifestyle, but I see a lot of people here do it, so maybe not so bad.

Of course, this is the Escapist, so it's always possible y'all are reclusive as well...

The thing is if you were crazy you would think that you're normal. As long as you can still imagine that you might be crazy for doing something irregular, you probably aren't crazy.

That's why a crazy person doesn't realize that he/she is crazy because he/she thinks that what he/she does is normal.
