Poll: Am i the only person who hates elves?

I just put in my copy of the game Oblvion wich i made so many characters and had so much fun with but i just noticed i hate elves! I just never play as them they seem so boring not just in Elder Scrolls game but an evrey fantasy game i ever played! Am i the only one?

I personally am going to set up a camp one day in the future and round up all the elves in one concentrated camp

I like elves...yes they can be seen as feminine and a bit annoying but you gotta like some of them...I just like wood elves in Oblivion

Plus, archey is freaking awesome, much better than swords (I'm a pretty good shot too IRL).

There was this guy on the Dungeons and Dragons forums of the Wizards of the Coast Website who had a similar opinion.

You will have to search for the thread, but this guy basically swore genocide against the entire elven race if WotC created any more speciallized elves.

It is deffinitely worth a read if you can find it, but I'll post a link later if I come across it.

I was toying with the idea of mentioning Arwen, I decided against it in the end, but I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks she's hot. Anyway...

I agree, archery is much better than swords - I have a phobia of swords stemming back to when I was 5 but that's a story for another day.

Oblivion elves are crap. However, if you judge all elves based on the crappy representation in a crappy game, then of course you'll hate them.

Elves suck, but not as much as gnomes. Dwarves are only slightly better, but Orcs rule.
