Poll: anyone else into retro consoles?

I guess retro is everything before you started playing. If you got into gaming with your XBOX of PS2, then I suppose that everything before that seems like ancient history to you...

meh, the N64 came out the year i was born so i grew up with it really, it's all the consoles like the PS1 and older that I think of as retro

I started with a 286 PC and a NES, so the Commodore 64 and the Atari are all ancient history to me, but everything after that (386, 486, early Pentiums, every console after NES) isn't really retro.

Although, lately I've taken to the following assumption: If it requires DOS to run, it's Retro!

I've been looking for a msx and an atari jaguar for a while, but they are quite pricy.

i still adore my SNES. super mario world. it is still as brilliant as it was in the 90's.
