Poll: Anyone else tired of Lady Gaga?

Not so much "tired" of her as "always hated" her. She had a drunken spasm in one of her songs, I don't consider her a musician so much as a glorified stripper.

I'm completely lost in these modern media trends, 'cept for gaming of course, so I still have no idea who exactly this "Lady Gaga" is nor do I know if I've heard her songs or not.

So, I guess I can't be "tired" or her if I have no idea who she is.

You know what's worse? The Cartman version of it. I heard it (of all places) in EB and it tormented me for days.

Unfortunately, i'm pretty sure that most of those people that listen to her and like her music probably don't like whatever you like. In fact, i bet they're on their forums talking about how sick of your music they are.

The best part is, their opinion of what is "good" is just as valid as yours. So whatever music you like is shit. according to them.

So listen to what you like and let them have their time in the light. Lady Gaga deserves it just as much as anyone else.

In all honesty though op, how are you failing to avoid it that it bothers you this much?
I only hear her stuff at the end of the night at work, when our boss puts the cd on. (Not that I mind some of it).
Generally out and about I rarely hear it.

While she's not HORRIBLE, she isn't good and has overstayed her welcome. It's more her fans that I hate, always thinking that she's the second coming of freaking Jesus Christ, while she's actually modest about herself. Now, that Justin Bieber prick, that's a different story...
