I don't see the difference at all. Every girl at my school who listens to Lady Gaga is aware of Ke$ha and Beiber. Sad thing is, they love them all. They will love anything they hear on the radio.Scde2 said:

I've always considered that to be one of her strong points. She's the Heather's or the Drop Dead Gorgeous chameleon of music. An over-the-top campy redo showing how terrible and how great the genre or subgenre can be. Granted thus far she's pretty much stuck to one color, euro pop/dance/house.sievr said:
She also has serious musical talent, despite most of her current music being simplistic and vocals being pretty mellow. I think there's something to be said for the accessibility of that though. It's much easier to sing along to say, The Beatles than it is most songs sung by Chris Cornell, especially if you stick to the Beatles' early works which were about as deep as your average toilet.
She's fairly hot in the right outfit and some of her songs are very catchy, but it's only really good as background music now and then.
nope i only hear about her when somebody complains about her and pop music. I never heard of justin bieber till somebody made a thread on this website about a program that blocks him even being mentioned.
What I'm tired of is people that are "tired" of her. If you don't like her IGNORE HER. I do believe that some of her songs have catchy tunes. Hell, I had Telephone stuck in my head for a week without it exploding!
Nah, I don't listen to the radio, but I'd rather listen to her songs than the talentless hacks who are gods in the mainstream.
Her videos remind me of Hastur from The King in Yellow. I actually think her videos are better than Bjork to be honest. I honestly don't understand how she became popular. My friend jokingly said, "Just realized Lady Gaga is some insanely strange postmodern Hasturian commentary on pop and celebretarianism."
