I midly liked her until I saw "Telephone". My god that thing sucked.

As Toddintheshadows states eloquently "SHE'S A DEMON FROM HELL! SHE'S GONNA KILL US ALL! WHY WON'T YOU BELIEVE ME?! *To Serve man is a cook book!* *SOYLENT GREEN IS PEOPLE!*".

... It's okay Plank... Compose yourself.... You still have tickets to The Wall... Roger will make it all fine again...

My mother and sister watch all the stardom shows (America's got talent, So you think you can dance, American Idol, ect.) and every day, someone else is doing a Lady Gaga song. It infuriates me! She is not the next Led Zepplin, she's some half naked striper in the guise of a singer.
What was Robert Plant then?

I joke of course. Lady Gaga is one of the few people in the world that can make being sexual unsexy. She's a talented singer, but bugger all people outside her fandom are going to take her seriously on princaple unless she stops wearing Bondage gear 90% of the time.

Nope. The only thing thats getting tiresome about her, is other artists trying to jump on her bandwagon. I realize it's probably the cool thing to do now, but for the most part it doesn't work and only causes to backlash against them.

Either way, it's not that hard to avoid her music. Does it really bother you that much to hear two minutes of her song quietly while walking through a shop?

I think the most annoying thing is that she seems like she's manufactured. By that, I don't mean that she has artificial body parts or anything but that I think some creative people came up with the idea completely and she's just a dancing monkey. I mean, that wouldn't be a big deal considering that a good majority of public figures are that way, everyone from politics to entertainment...the only people I know of who openly admit it would be Penn Jillette of "Penn and Teller" and Larry the Cable Guy (that character started as a radio call-in personality. He had others but that one became the most well-known and, thus, his calling card). The reason she annoys me is that she claims that she's "always dresses like this". No, you didn't. Just saying...oh, and I think her songs are annoying. Also, the name.

No - she's a nice change from the Miley Cyruses (Cyri?), Iyazz, Jaaayyyson Deruuuuulos other bland pop currently clogging up the airwaves. Also she is quite a good pianist and does have a good set of lungs on her.

At least she gives you something to look at.

God when was I NOT tired of her.

Songs repetitive as hell and kinda poorly written, awful live since she tries to force her voice to be powerful and of course her desperate attemps to get noticed by dressing like she just rolled through her closet and said "hey, you know that, this'll do". It's a Paris Hilton-esqe plea for attention and unforunatly it's spreading and I'm sick of it.

She's not a bad piano player though and she should stick to that

Nope. I enjoy her style, ridiculous music videos and most of her songs.

Not to mention the references to Tarantino throughout Telephone's music video, pure awesome.

She ain't that bad, just seems the cool thing to rip on her, what with her weirdo style and all.

She's got some talent and a sense of showmanship, as far as i'm concerned that's enough to be a valid entertainer and i'd judge easily 80% of most music i hear to be far worst then her.

Then again, not like I'm subjected to her 24/7, which seems to be the case for a fair amount of you o0

She's actually quite okay, considering her genre. At least it is actually her who writes everything she releases, and knows how to put on a bit of a show. It's no wonder every half-talented hip hop and pop wannabe is queuing up for collabs.

Ladies and gentlemen, please allow a video I saw on =3 to be allowed in this discussion. Oh, and it's actually not a parody. This guy takes himself completely seriously.
I voted no by the way. She's refreshingly eccentric in these days of Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, and the Jonas Brothers. You just know that those are all going to eventually want to be accepted as dark and edgy (Miley Cyrus already pulled that crap and left for terrible movies), making the same mistake as the Beatles, only they don't have songs nearly good enough to justify any of their crap.
Lady Gaga seems to be eternally stuck in a Sgt. Pepper phase, and that's good enough for me.
