Poll: Are you a better person online?

Actually, I would say that I am a better person online than I am in real life. This isn't to say that I act like a jackass in real life....infact, I think I am preety polite both online and in real life.

However, when it comes to a heated debate in real life, I sometimes get ahead of myself and just spew nonsense. With online, I have the luxury to think things through carefully and write my reply accordingly.

Assuming everyone is being truthful, the results are interesting. There are a significant number of non-troll types, and a few dabblers. The few true-trolls have more or less announced themselves.

Being the cynical pain that I am, I think it should probably be mentioned that the Escapist is indeed one of the more intelligent bastions of the internet. The good-to-bad ratio really is remarkable here.

On topic though...
I am probably more of an.. Ideal? me online. I think that's a good thing, certainly more sociable at least. =3
